חבל שהנהלת המלון מעסיקה עובדת כזו בשם מירים , אשר מקלקלת את האווירה ועונה בחוסר נימוס + מיקום מעולה קרוב לסופרמרקט ולאזורי הבילוי − בבריכה יש בר מנית שמשרה אווירה לא נעימה ארוחת הבוקר שאמורה להיות עד השעה 11.00 בפועל אם מגיעים בשעה 10.30 אין אוכל והברמנית שאמורה לרענן את הארוחה, לא עושה את העבודה למרות שפקידת הקבלה פנתה אליה מספר פעמים

− נדמה שלצוות לא מאוד חשוב שתהיה חווית שירות טובה, הם לא עסוקים בזה בכלל. ניקיון מאוד בסיסי שלי החדרים במהלך השהייה. נייר טואלט למשל לא מילאו לנו בכלל והיינו צריכים לבקש כמה פעמים בימים שהיינו שם. ארוחת הבוקר מוגשת באחד מהחדרים שהוסב למעין חדר אוכל. לא מומלץ לאכול שם. יש בית קפה קרוב בשם entree עם ארוחות בוקר נחמדות וכריכים ומאפים מעולים.

Lovely short stay, worth the visit! + Very nice spot on the hill in the old part of Tbilisi, right under the mother of Georgia cable car route. Nice hotel with a nice room and air conditioning - a must in the summer. The rooftop pool is an great addition and very relaxed vibe - looking onto the mountain and some of the city. The rooms were big enough with a spacious en-suite bathroom. Could recommend this for a short stay, really value for money. − The breakfast which was included in our booking was a bit limited. It was prepared on request which was nice - but overall just okay.

Too expensive for this low service hotel. + To be honest, been to many hotels in Tbilisi. Worst ever. Staff is just sleeping, they dont know anything, if you tell them smth, they forget, the room is not like in the photos, no chair, no fable, no even any spoon to spir the tea. The conditioning in wc is not working, always staying wet after shower. 1 thing is good is the swimming pool, but it doesnt worth to choose this hotel. − To be honest, been to many hotels in Tbilisi. Per una notte va' più che bene + Vicinanza al centro. Con Bolt si arriva in centro in 3 minuti con 2 euro. − Ascensore in manutenzione, stanza di piccole dimensioni, staff gentile, ma poco sorridente
