Worst hotel that I have ever stayed + Nothing apart from room service which was 4 star, with excellent choice on menu and tasty food. − This is never a 4 star hotel. Waited 35/40 minutes to check in! No towels in bathroom, replaced after request Noise of children at 12:25 am Breakfast completely disorganised, empty containers , too many people, too few staff, no coffee machine, tables not cleared, lots of tables for 8, inefficient when most people are in couples Breakfast should be held in a nice calm atmosphere A 2 star hotel Safe not functioning Cleaners take towel but not replaced until later in day. What an inefficient way to run hotel. Looks as though there are not enough towels and replacements are only available after laundering. It was so bad we cancelled our booking after two nights and went back to Kuala Lumpur.

+ Staffs was friendly and lobby area was nice where they had sofas to sit plus while waiting for registration there was chairs to sit while waiting for my number to be called. − Didn't have towels and had to ask the staff.Other than that everything was good.
