Nice place & staffs, but worn out rooms and facilities. + We liked the location a lot, its not busy but also not so far from establishments if you need to go out for food or coffee. It's also near tourist spots. The hotel surroundings is nice and the buildings looked good from the outside, you get the feeling of British charm. The staffs are all super nice and polite. − The whole hotel (its not a resort by the way) needs some revamp. The room we were in (Shasta) was not clean when we arrived, the floor was dirty, saw pubic hair in the personal fridge, the beds & pillows doesn't smell fresh, master bedrooms shower head is broken so water spills everywhere and flooded the floor whenever we took shower, water heater capacity can only accommodate 1 person at time. The furnitures are also pretty worn out. For travelers who are a fastidious like me, this hotel is not for you. The cleanliness, smell and maintenance of the place is below average you would not be able to relax lying down o…

Could have been nice but needs a refurb + Spacious rooms, friendliness of staff − Feels old, no aircon nor heat, breakfast buffet wide but not tasty and already empty an hour before the end

Overall great facility, very spacious clean room with nice balcony. + Beautiful location up on mountain with good view of nearby mountains & clouds as they rolled through. − Isolated from other restaurants except those onsite. Luckily we had car to go in town. Extreme traffic congestion on weekend. Took over 1 hour to go last 5 miles to hotel.

Très grand hôtel situé en pleine nature, mais un peu vieillot + Hôtel situé au milieu d’une jungle luxuriante. Très grande chambre ! − L’hôtel est vieillot et excentré. Le petit dej n’est pas bon, idem pour les restaurants…

Finger weg. Für diesen Preis bekommt man deutlich bessere Unterkünfte. + Personal war freundlich − Das Zimmer roch modrig. Überall Schimmel, die Bettdecken feucht. Restaurant: überall war alles schmutzig. Wir haben hier keine Nacht verbracht und sofort eine andere Unterkunft gesucht.

+ Les chambres bien que spacieuses sont quelconques, austères. le buffet est très décevant, le petit déjeuner est encore pire. Ils étaient en travaux au moment de notre venue (en pleine saison haute, pas très stratégique !) donc le bar n'était pas accessible, seul le lobby (affreux !) servait d'espace pour prendre un verre L'espace piscine ne donne pas du tout envie d'y aller − Globalement tout si ce n'est la vue de la chambre mais je ne recommande pas cet hôtel C'est compliqué d'avoir un grab pour aller en ville dîner (si on veut échapper au buffet de l'hôtel)

Prima voor 2 dagen. + Grote kamer, fijn balkon, goede wifi. − Eten (als westerling) vonden we niet fantastisch. En wat we wilden bestellen was er niet.
