A calm getaway + Calm and secluded hotel. A go to place compared to other busy areas in Bali. We stayed for 2 nights and really loved the ambience of the hotel. Thank you for the warm welcome from Pak Irham, Pak Krisna, and Pak Adi. We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was good. Thanks to Ani and Dewa Ayu for the attentive and thoughtful service. On the last day we tried the complimentary photo session with Pak Dewa around the resort and got 1 copy of the photo. It was a fun experience. A memorable stay and surely will return.

Calm, Pretty, and Hard to Leave + Okay… I think I just found one of my favorite stays in Bali Rumah Luwih Bali is sooo peaceful and pretty, literally perfect kalau lagi butuh escape dari yang rame-rame. Aku stay di Ocean View Suite dan view-nya bikin susah move on Kamarnya comfy banget, vibes-nya dapet, dan every corner tuh aesthetic! Staff-nya juga super nice & helpful, bikin stay makin nyaman. Dan jujur… makanannya enak semua (ini jarang banget!) It’s giving calm, luxury, and healing in one place Definitely will come back!

Insgesamt war es gut und gemütlich + Die meisten Sachen waren gut. − Unter dem Bett war es dreckig. Es gab einige Missverständnisse beim Frühstücken und Abendessen. Personal ist nicht ausreichend für 5 Sterne Hotel ausgeblendet

A quiet and beautiful hotel + I booked the king suite with ocean view. The room is very spacious with a nice colonial architecture touch. We had an issue with the bathtub but it was fixed quickly by the staff. I tried the swimming pool, which is quite long. It was also nice. The breakfast was okay-ish, nothing outstanding. The hotel was really quiet, which I liked, and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

a true hidden Gem + We’ve always enjoyed staying at the Rumah Luwih Bali. It’s not a massive hotel, which actually adds to its charm and character. From the moment you enter the main lobby, it gives you the feeling of stepping into the sort of elegant tropical home you would dream of owning yourself. The grand staircase in the lobby feels straight out of an old movie, and the views across to Nusa Lembongan are simply mesmerising. We always book a sea-view room because sitting quietly on the terrace with a book, listening to the sound of the waves, is wonderfully relaxing. Krisna Maheswara, the duty manager, was extremely helpful during our brief stay and added to the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel.

Our stay in Rumah Luwih hotel. + The Rumah Luwih hotel was a classy older hotel that is well kept. The lobby and infinity pool and ocean view are spectacular. The windy staircase going to the second floor was also classy. The service was great. Everyone from Irham the manager to the maintenance and luggage carriers to the restaurant staff were all first class and very service oriented. Irham, the manager even went out of his way to drive us to a nearby attraction and arranged the ride back for us so we didn't have to walk a ways and cross the busy highway. It was very impressive. I really can't say anything negative about the hotel. On the contrary, I am bragging to friends and family about the hotel and my experience there. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It would be a great place for any business meetings, board meetings, family reunions, and weddings, etc.

Architectural style off the scale! + Walking into this hotel is genuinely jaw dropping - in a good way! The experience is akin to walking onto a 1920’s film set with a gorgeous sweeping staircase winding down to the entrance hall. The architecture of the whole hotel recreating a time gone by and based, I believe, on the Dutch colonial era. To the rear of the property the wonderful gardens designed to complement the property and expertly maintained. A large lake takes centre stage with a sizable swimming pool adjacent. The property itself does feel a little tired in some areas (I understand some refurbishment is ongoing) but overall is well kept. Each room following the colonial style mentioned above resulting in large rooms with high ceilings. The furniture and detail of the decor similarly appropriate to the hotel’s style. The staff at the hotel couldn’t do enough and were all extremely customer focused and most helpful. Breakfast was a delight. The location is a little isolated …

Not quite as expected for a five star hotel + It is near the safari. The staff are mostly very friendly. − The towels mostly look grey (one even has brown stains), nothing much to do in the hotel, breakfast options are limited.

Highly Recommended for Families + I stayed at the hotel with my wife and our child, and from the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Mr. Irham and the Front Office team. The check in process was smooth, and everyone was friendly and professional. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful garden view. Our child was so excited to find the room beautifully decorated with towel art, flowers, and a birthday cake, as we were celebrating our child's birthday. These thoughtful touches made our stay even more special and memorable. I also requested a late check out, and the team kindly accommodated my request, which we truly appreciated. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of food to choose from. The restaurant staff were all very friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Thank you to Mr. Irham and the entire team for their exceptional hospitality. We will definitely be coming back again in the future. ☺️

As IHG Diamond Elite members, we were delighted to be upgraded to a stunning ocean-view suite. A special thank you to the manager, Irham, who greeted us personally at check-in—a wonderful touch! The hotel lobby is grand, airy, and truly has a "wow" factor from the moment you step inside. Our suite was extremely spacious and spotlessly clean—literally so spotless my feet squeaked on the floor! Watching the sets of waves roll onto the shore from our room was pure bliss. The hotel grounds are equally magnificent. We loved strolling around the lush, meticulously maintained gardens, the large pond (complete with a charming family of swans), and the expansive infinity pool. Kudos to the landscaping team for keeping everything so pristine. Beyond the beautiful resort, what made our stay truly unforgettable was the warm genuine hospitalty. + Le bâtiment style colonial est très beau. Ma vue du restaurant est superbe et le personnel très gentil − Mais notre chambre était sur la route très passante jour et nuit donc beaucoup de bruit.et l'hôtel est vétuste. Beaucoup de chose à refaire très humide dans les chambres donc odeur d'humidité.
