I love the service ❤️ + The facility was perfect. I love everyone that worked there ❤️ − There is absolutely no privacy between the rooms. The walls are extremely thin and you can hear everything from the rooms next door. My neighbors spoke very loudly and I could hear their conversations clearly. You can even hear things like someone using a hairdryer. The lack of soundproofing was very disappointing.

+ The staff was amazing. So kind and so helpful. They assisted with finding reputable companies for activities to do in the Area. Bally, Dew, Ran, Cartoon, Knight and the reception team were all spectacular. Any issues I had they had answers for. The facilities were well maintained and the food at the restaurant was divine. Lovely experience overall.

A clean, convenient, and family-friendly stay in a great location. + I really liked that the rooms were very close to the lobby, which made it very convenient and easy for us, especially with the children. The hotel was very clean, and the location was excellent and close to everything. They also arranged connecting rooms for us exactly as we requested, which was very helpful. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and professional. − There was some noise from the cars outside. Also, the children wanted to swim around 7 PM, but the pool was already closed, which was a little inconvenient.

للاسف مخيب للامال كان فندق جميل زرته 2023 بس الحين مختلف + نضام غرفه وصاله للي معه اطفال − الدرج في كل مكان و السياح العرب يعطوهم غرف بعيده عن الحوض والوبي بدون اطلاله مع انه ما في ذكر في الحجز علا الاطلاله خبرتهم يعطوني جنب الحوض وعوني اخر مكن بس السياح الاروبيين يعطوهم جنب الحوض فيه تمييز في التعامل

Wonderful facilities, Lovely and helpful staff, but breakfast menu could be much better. Quality of breakfast is frustra + Clean, spacious rooms, Nice swimming pool − Breakfast could be better in terms of food. Staff are wonderful though.

+ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Tout s’est très bien passé, la chambre était propre et tout le monde était content. L’hôtel est également très bien situé, ce qui est vraiment pratique. Le personnel est adorable, attentionné et toujours aux petits soins. C’est vraiment la marque de fabrique des Thaïlandais : leur gentillesse et leur sens de l’accueil. 🇹🇭❤️ Merci beaucoup pour ce magnifique séjour et à très bientôt, avec grand plaisir ! Petit point dommage : la salle de sport est assez mal équipée, il n’y a que deux machines. Ce serait super d’avoir un peu plus d’équipements.
