מקום יפה מאוד + ריזורט גדול ויפה מאוד. יש הרבה בריכות. חוף הים לא מוסדר לרחצה אבל מקום יפה. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה יקרה יחסית לתאילנד ולמלנונות 5 כוכבים אחרים ולכן לא לקחנו, היינו עם רכב שכור והסתובבנו באזור. בגדול קוולאק בקיץ היא מקום ריק יחסית. גם הריזורט היה יחסית ריק. אין ממש איפה להסתובב. לא יעד שהייתי חוזרת אליו. אבל השהות בריזורט הייתה נוחה, חדרים טובים, מקום מטופח ומאוד יפה לשהות בו. היינו 2 לילות וזה הספיק. כי אין הרבה מה לעשות בסביבה. − מקלחות קצת שקופות ולא ניתנות לנעילה- פוגם בפרטיות.

A fantastic family resort with all the little details done right + We loved almost everything about X10 Khaolak Resort. The best way to describe our experience is that our kids were genuinely sad to leave. A special mention goes to the Kids Club. It is not just a room with some toys – it is an active kids club with a wonderful and enthusiastic team, lots of activities, and staff who really make an effort. Our children really enjoyed spending time there. The whole resort feels very generous and family-friendly. They have thought about all the small details and extras – free coffee machines, free kids’ meals in certain situations, umbrellas and other little things that many hotels charge extra for. There is a real feeling of generosity and no unnecessary nickel-and-diming, which we really appreciated. The pools and facilities are excellent, and the beautiful beach is directly in front of the hotel. The food at the hotel was also very tasty and reasonably priced, so we were hap…

המלון הכי טוב שהיינו בו + המלון היה מושלם לנופש משפחתי. המלון ממוקם במקום מרכזי ומול חוף הים. יש הליכה לרחוב הראשי של כמה דקות- ברחוב יש מגוון מסעדות וסופרים. המסעדה במלון הייתה טעימה מאוד ובמחירים טובים. המלון הציע מגוון פעילויות לילדים ולבוגרים- חלק בתשלום וחלק בחינם. מועדון הילדים היה מעולה ונשות הצוות היו מאוד נחמדות לילדים- העסיקו את הילדים במגוון פעילויות, המכון כושר היה מצויין. יש מספר בריכות במלון ואפילו מגלשה אחת. בצהריים נותנים שתייה ופופקורן לילדים בחינם- וזה מאוד שימח את הילדים. יש מכונת קפה בחינם לאורך כל שעות היום- מאוד משמעותי לאוהבי קפה. הצוות היה אדיב מאוד, עזר בכל דבר. החדרים תמיד היו נקיים ומסודרים. מלון מעולה. − הכיור בחדר נמוך ולא כל כך מתאים למי שגבוה.

מקום נקי מאוד ומסודר, שירות ברמה גבוהה מאוד. מגוון רחב של בריכות. חוף פרטי שנוח להיכנס אליו + היה במקום שקט וכמה דקות הליכה מהכביש הראשי − הכול היה בסדר

היה נחמד אבל לא מתאים לנו כמשפחה עם ילדים קטנים + מקום שקט, מחירים טובים במסעדה, האוכל טוב − חסר אטרקציות לילדים, הבריכות עם המון שמש, המגלשה הייתה בשיפוצים וידענו את זה רק כשהגענו למלון, הבריכה המרכזית היא רק למבוגרים

+ מלון ברמה גבוהה מאוד, הכול היה מושלם החדרים גדולים ונוחים, יש למלון חוף ים. במלון מספר בריכות עם מגלשה קטנה לילדים אז היה להם עניין. האוכל במסעדה של המלון היה טעים. הארוחת בוקר מגוונת. בקיצור אם אהיה שם באזור בטוח שאחזור למלון הזה. מומלץ בחום! − אהבתי הכול

Amazing! + The staff make this hotel go from amazing to unbeatable. The hotel itself is excellent, facilities are very good, location is great with nice quiet vibe but walkable to Khao Lak if needed. But the highlight was absolutely the staff, nothing was too much trouble, they were all amazing with our kids, the whole place is so well set up and thought through for them, we already cant wait to come back! − The slide was closed for our visit which was a shame, we were informed in advance but was after we had booked. We understand that maintenance needs to happen and just means we will need to return to use it in future.
