basic hotel in center of town + I was advised on arrival , that i have no reservation , despite me giving a copy , after that i was given a room then i was told no breakfast , which was included in confirmation , then the staff agrred to give me breakfast as well , which not much of my liking , room was clean

Good hotel. Just in front of Dubai museum. + Good experience. We reached around 2.30 in the morning. The staff were polite. Location is good. Breakfast OK.

Hotel close to bus, mall, Dubai Creek, small shops + Everything was available, room a little bit too hot (36 degrees). TV programs not enough international, mainly India, Pakistan.

Perfect position with great air con + Location in Bur Dubai was perfect for visiting historical area, museum and souk and crossing the creek on the Abra. The staff were so helpful that they let us into our room early when we got off a very early flight. Tour desk efficient. Great place to stay in Dubai.

For the money value it's reasonaable + Convenient location. Front desk and Cleaning staff cooperative but a tall Indian fellow in the security staff is a corrupt one who takes commission from taxi drivers who are called in at the expense of guests.
