+ It is near the airport and just next to the metro station. There is a big shopping mall and number of supermarkets in walking distance as well as bunch of good and inexpensive dining options. I was upgraded to a bigger apartment at the reception (from studio to one bedroom) which was very nice. Apartment was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

+ I emailed and asked if we could check-in earlier as we would be checking out at 3am and was told there is a charge for early check-in and late check-out, asked about breakfast ignored. We arrived and was told check-in is at 2pm. At 2pm told a smoking room was available, but our booking was non-smoking, offered another smoking room but had to wait for it to be cleaned. Microwave doesn't work, toaster trips the fuse, TV won't work, toaster doesn't work. You have to lower/increase volume TV from the TV itself. Was told microwave would be replaced, they didn't do it, had to ask them again for them to replace. Bathroom kept smelling of curry. I provided online feedback and the day before we check-out receieved a courtesy call to say they will check everything so I said we're checking out what's the point. Just really dissapointing, only advantage next to Deira City Centre and Metro.

+ Ask a wakeup at 2am and taxi booking for 2:35am because of my flight. At 2:45am thy was nicely sleeping at reception. If I was loose my flight who was paying for it? Lost one star

Good hotel apartment + 3 day business trip. Convenient location to subway, mall, local shops. Good staff. Microwave in room didn't work. Good wifi. Comfortable bed, pillows. Restaurant in hotel was good. There are cheaper options in the area within walking distance. Would stay here again.

+ My stay at Somewhere Apartment was suitable if you’re in the Dubai area for shopping or a long stay. While the staff provided good service, the property itself is not well managed. I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone seeking a quiet and relaxing vacation.
