+ The hotel it was very nice as location and the stars − When i reach the hotel and i paid the money the didn't said there is renovation work and that it was really bad and noisy , they start daily from 11 am to 4 pm around and when i spok to customer service there reply was without any solutions at least , like they said this is work it will going daily if u want stay or if you want leave ( the mean like that )

+ Room was so beautiful.high quality. Ocean view was suburbs Recommend it to everyone. Its like a heaven on earth − Its was amazing. No issues at all. If I want to say 1thibg maybe it is the wardrobe had slight humidity smell

+ The room only − The hotel is vey badly maintained, the only available food option is buffer and the food is just awful, no management presence, bad service, staff running around not knowing what they are doing. Then beach umbrellas are full of holes, the beach is dirty and the sunbeds are uncomfortable. We checked out the next morning straight away and moved to another hotel.

+ The hotel is nice overall, everyone was polite and helpful, but − But the ongoing construction drilling is horrendous. I came for the staycation cos I have neighbours at home doing construction since one month. And when I reached hotel guess what - same thing. Impossible to spend time by the pool, so you choose between pool by the construction or pool with kids and construction. It's just way too loud, impossible to relax. And that was smth I came for. Room sound proofing is good tho. But impossible to use the facilities. With same success I could stay home I've noticed the message abt temporary pool closure, but it doesn't automatically mean that level of noise.

جميل للعوائل و الاستراخاء و افضل شيى يوجد مسجد قريب من الفندق + طيب − لا يوجد كبائن للعائلات
