Très joli hôtel. + Très bien situé au quartier Français. Très bon lit et belle chambre propre. − Petit déjeuner un peu limité. Il y avait que du pain blancs et peu de choix de café. Le jour de l’arrivée on nous a demandé de payer le séjour en avance, ce qui nous a vraiment surpris.

Delightful small friendly well-located hotel full of character + Very friendly and helpful staff. Trung was exceptional, helping us with our bicycles. Trung even helped us reassemble them and locked them away in a secure storage lock-up near the hotel. The hotel is small, but certainly big enough rooms. Lovely room with balcony and ensuite shower/bath. Cleaned immaculately every day. Reception staff very helpful both before and at all times during our stay. The hotel arranged for a large taxi to collect us and our packed bikes from the airport which was a relief. Great communication throughout. Breakfast area is quite small, but the breakfast choices were superb and excellent service. The location is fabulous. On a very quiet street away from the bustle, but within easy walking distance to old quarter, museums etc. Would definitely want to stay here again if we get back to Hanoi − We loved everything about it. + It was perfect for my needs. Very clean. And I also felt secure. The breakfast was ample and provided a lot to choose from. The front desk was very helpful. I love the little map offered at the front. It was a great help to me. − I really could not find anything to complain about.

+ Cerca del centro pero apartado del follón. Muy buena zona. Todo muy limpio − Llegamos a las 5 am y tuvimos que esperar hasta las 11 para la habitación, pero hay que reconocer que la hora de entrada era bastante intempestiva

Nice hotel + Good breakfast. Nice room. Convenient location. − There was a bit of a difficulty with a late checkout. We thought hotel was offering us a free late checkout by two hours. Something got lost in translation and we were charged 30% of room rate. 😒 I did challenge it with the man on reception, but he said he had explained clearly. I dont think he did as our flight was early hours of the next morning.I think it was just a language difficulty. And I don't speak Vietnamese.

Fijn hotel op leuke locatie. Zeer goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding. + Heel goede ligging, we kregen een kamer-upgrade, erg vriendelijk personeel. We kregen een ontbijtbox mee toen we ‘s ochtends vroeg moesten vertrekken en we werden zelfs uitgezwaaid. − Niks
