+ The ship is very beautiful and the rooms are very spacious for a cruise. There is an itinerary full with fun activities. The staff is absolutely exceptional! Very friendly, helpful and always seemed to be in a good mood. The scenery on the routes the ship takes are absolutely stunning. − Unfortunately, we didn’t enjoy the food too much. It was beautifully arranged, but sometimes cold by the time it got served. The A/C in our room leaked condensation water into the wardrobe, which we unfortunately only realized at the end of our stay which left us with damp clothes.

Not worth the price, wouldn’t do again. Cockroaches in the suite. + The boat decoration is nice and staff was quite friendly, although some of them didn’t speak good english. Our cabin was upgraded which was very nice and we appreciated that. − We did the 2D1N cruise and have to say it wasn’t worth the price. Yes, the boat is nice and the views are beautiful but if you have been eg. in Thailand, there is nothing special. The ”sailing” part is very small: about 2 hours back and forth and then the boat just floats anchored for the rest of the time surrounded by several other boats! It felt a little like joke… The food is very average and even poor and they really should include the drinks during the meals to the (expensive) price. But the worst part was cockroaches. We found a few small cockroaches in our suite (which we first thought were bed bugs as they looked quite similar but ”fortunately” they weren’t). We needed to spend some time to go through the whole suite and all our lugga…

Incroyable croisière à Lan Ha. + Le personnel était exceptionnel! Le bateau magnifique et l’organisation parfaitement millimétrée. Nous avons eu un repas de Noël et des activités emplies de générosité. Lits confortables, chambre spacieuse. Mention spéciale à Flora qui nous a chouchouté particulièrement à cause des allergies alimentaires de notre fils. Nous recommandons vivement! − Petites odeurs désagréables de la salle de bain.

+ The cruise offered great activities, diverse dining options, and very friendly service—especially Flora, who made the journey truly memorable. To feel and see more about the unique of Halong Bay, 3 days 2 nights cruise will be highly recommended. − The New Year’s Eve fireworks event was full of energy from both guests and staff. Even though there was a small hiccup during the countdown, it just led to more laughter 😆

A once in a lifetime experience that is well worth while + The boat is beautiful and staff are extremely friendly. The meals are fantastic and it’s a great experience − You have to spa for the spa separately. Everyone was in bed very early, not much of a social atmosphere. An expensive but worth while trip

Good ship bad activiities + The facilities and ship were great. − The activities are poor and repetitive. There were 2 times for swimming, but we didn't go to Cat ba as it was planned when we booked. I wouldn't recommend this ship beacuse it is more expensive than others and their activities are not unique or worthy. There are ships cheaper than this one with better activities.

The cruise was fabulous! + The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Bathroom was lovely. − The outdoor furniture could use cushions. The ladder to get onboard from swimming could use treads for the footing; I thought it was a bit slick.
