Beautiful surroundings, lovely pool & rooms. The reception guy with the glasses is excellent. Was a nice stay but no + Beautiful rooms, very clean and inviting. We put the „do not disturb“ - sign on the handle bc we didnt need the room to be cleaned one day & when we returned there was a basket with water/toilet paper/fresh towels on the table infront of our room, we liked that a lot! − As a vegetarian I was a little sad that at the breakfast buffet the spring rolls/sushi/ricepaper rolls all had meat inside. There was enough (western) food to eat whicht was nice but I personally had liked some asian food as well. We booked a thai oil massage, that was great, the staff really know what they are doing! What we didnt like was that we were asked for tip immidiatly afterwards in an offensive way, we couldnt say no & the ladies didnt accept us giving it to them the next day.. they made us walk to our room and get it right away.. in comparism, the massage was very expensive also. And they w…

Saubere und komfortable Unterkunft mit gutem Frühstück, aber leider enttäuschendem Service. + Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett sehr bequem. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet hat uns gut gefallen – es war lecker und bot eine gute Auswahl. − Leider waren wir vom Service etwas enttäuscht. Bei unserer Ankunft mitten in der Nacht wurde uns im Voraus ein „warm welcome“ angekündigt. Tatsächlich schlief das Personal jedoch in der Lobby, sodass wir zunächst einfach dort sassen und uns nicht wirklich willkommen fühlten. Besonders ärgerlich war der Umgang mit unserem Gepäck: Uns wurde angeboten, dieses nach dem Check-out aufzubewahren. Obwohl es stark regnete, wurde das Gepäck draussen stehen gelassen, wodurch einige unserer Sachen nass wurden. Gerade wenn eine Gepäckaufbewahrung angeboten wird, hätten wir erwartet, dass die Koffer an einem trockenen und geschützten Ort aufbewahrt werden.

+ Amazing place to stay in Ninh Binh for relaxing and chilling out. Super friendly and helpful staff, excellent internal restaurant offering nice variety for breakfast and excellent choice for a la cart dinner, including International and local options. Amazing pool and garden, as well as other amentities, a real pity for the typhoon that did not allowed us to try the pool. Position is inbetween the center of Ninh Binh and Tam coc , both easily reacheable by bike, motorbike or taxi or under nice weather also with a walk. Definetely recommended − Nothing
