I had a wonderful stay at Fleur De Lys Hotel Quy Nhon and couldn’t be happier with my experience. + The hotel is beautifully maintained with high quality facilities, and the room was exactly as advertised: modern, spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. Everything felt well thought out, making it easy to relax throughout the stay. What truly made the experience exceptional was the service. Every staff member was warm and professional, but I would especially like to thank Ms. Tuyền at the front desk. From the moment I made my reservation until the day I checked out, she was incredibly attentive, responsive, and always willing to help with a genuine smile. Her care and professionalism made me feel truly welcomed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Quy Nhon and will definitely stay here again. − Nothing

+ Location was excellent, just a short walk across the road to the beach. Room had great beach and mountain views. The hotel & surrounding was pretty big, so there wasn't much room for shops nearby. So to reach more restaurants & services, one would need to get a grab or short walk. Onsite breakfast as OK, as usual. I was travelling with kids, so it was a convenient option for them. But I would rather save money and go outside to eat. The pool was pretty good. Long enough for a swim. − Lobby sometimes was hot due to doors being opened.

Overall okay but definitely lacking in some areas & not nearly as good as others we stayed in at Danang. + Location was great, pool was good. − Some staff were busy on there phones rather then cleaning the surrounding area they were in. Cleaning pool during the morning? Minibar was warm. When we complained they said it was meant to be between 12 -18 degrees! But in fairness after complaining we received a small bar fridge to our room which is what is needed in Vietnam heat. Some areas like tables outside were dirty & sticky with staff nearby on their phones.

Quy Nhon hotel stay + We had a gantasticl stay at the Fleur De Lys. The location is excellent close to the beach and plenty of eating places and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean with excellent AC. The breakfast buffet has endless variety of delicious cousine. The pool is also nice and big for some swim training. There is also a well equipped gym. I can definitely recommend this hotel. − The soundproofing can be improved

Kì nghỉ tuyệt vời + Tiện nghi, sạch sẽ, nhiệt tình. − Đèn hơi tối, máy sấy ko cắm đc ổ điện trong wc mang ra ngoài cắm thì ko nhìn được gương (dây máy ngắn), gương đứng nên kết hợp có đèn rọi& ổ cắm để tiện trang điểm& sấy tóc.
