Good resort but should upgrade everything!!! + It has large beachfront, easy to go the beach. All the staff are so nice, the receptionist looks always busy with their phone. The room is cozy but old and smell. Wifi was week, could not use when you was in your room. Should bring the mosquito repellent.

+ Bra och fint poolområde, trevligt med poolbar. Stranden nedanför hotellet inte så fin. Nära till fairy stream, en trevlig utflykt. Ett tips: besök restaurang Hanoi classic som ligger i närheten. Bästa maten!

Charming? No. Acceptable for short stay? Yes + Good points are that hotel is facing sunset side, it has some beach chairs and small sandy patch in front (at low tide), pool with a garden look nice. Downsides are that hotel & rooms are outdated, not cleaned properly and customer service is really not good. This hotel is no longer worth the prices they have. We also got dirty and very smelly room on arrival and had to upgrade room to get something cleaner. After we decided to extend our stay in Phan Thiet we moved to the other side of the beach and had a great experience with better beach and much better service.

Could be nice if... + This place could be nice if the staff wouldn't show their lethargy / borderline rudeness. I got the feeling "I'm sick of you tourists, let me alone". One room we got was not nice at all and smelled funny, so we upgraded to get a different one. This one was generally alright for a 3 star place if cleanliness would be more of a priorit (the bathroom for example smelled from the beginning like urine and you could see it getting cleaned only on the surface, broken door handles and towel hangers, etc). For the price (~50 USD / night) it was not good value for money. It could be so easy, a bit friendlier and cleaner and it would have been worth the money, like this, it was rather disappointing.

가족여행의 최악의 리조트 + 너무 불친절하고 영어를 못하며 고객의 소리를 들으려 하지 않고 거의 협박 수준이며 조식도 맛없고 청소도 청결치 못하며 욕실의 배수도 잘 안되고 수압도 너무 약하며 화장실 변기는 파손되어 덜렁거리고 최악의 리조트임

It was ok once + Pool area is nice, restaurant and breakfast was ok, next to our room there must have been a sewage system that smelled horrible. When we turned on the AC in the room the smell came in and filled the room. It was very disgusting. Just like their beach towels, which smelled dirty and oily, felt like they were not washed, only dried and folded after people used them. No activities offered, it makes the hotel quiet, but if you wanna surf you have to go somewhere, but that wasn’t a problem for us. Restaurant was super cheap and food was quite good. Staff is kind.

Loved the pool and a great value for the price. + Our room(s) were very close to the breakfast buffet which was very convenient. The pool was excellent with many levels for both adults and different ages of kids. − the sand on the beach had a little too much trash. Would be great if the resort could sweep through the sand occasionally to help reduce the amount debris.
