The stuff is very welcoming and the hotel itself is clean and comfortable the room was very nice with breath taking view + The hospitality from the minute you enter the gate you feel like a VIP they deserve five stars from their welcome drinks to their breakfast top notch.the views from the room breath taking − Nothing really. Everything was on point

+ Views − Checking in takes too long. With todays technology people do not want to spend 10 minutes to fill out a form to indicate addres etc and all other unimportant information. I takes me much shorter time to check in to fly to USA than to check into Bay Hotel. Please evolve and improve your check-in process.

سيء + لم يعجبني شي سواء من ناحية الموظفين والفندق كان سيء واغلب الالي يشتغلون ف الفندق يطلبون tip من موظف الاستقبال إلى الحارس الي فالفندق

Not a great Hotel + not a great experience, Tv kept going green, reception not really interested in sorting it out, rather more interested charging for a gratuity on check out for breakfast that is charged over and above the room rate! crazy

A great stay + Always a lovely stay with welcoming staff, great location and good breakfast. − The rooms and hotel have lost their personal touch. The removal of things such as the celebrity collage wall in the reception to the little boats that used to decorate the rooms has removed the personal touch the hotel had which I felt gave it its charm.

My best memory of the honeymoon + Excellent view and location and the services the people the staff and the food was excellent even the room service. It was twice a day. − The only thing we did not like we wish it was a bidet wash hose
