+ I loved how clean the hotel was, me and my son travelled all the way from New Zealand and couldn't fault it. Great location, English speaking staff and amazing buffet food! We stayed at another hotel after this one and this by far was the best. Great atmosphere and private − I loved it all!

A parte le pulizie, una bella struttura + Hotel in posizione tranquilla, in un contesto residenziale con una piscina fantastica verso il mare. Camera spaziosa, letti singoli da una piazza e mezza con topper, tv grande e receptionist del check in molto gentile, disponibile e professionale. − Camera molto sporca, il ragazzo ci impiegava pochi minuti per passare l’aspirapolvere, uno straccio sul lavabo e sostituire i teli e rifare i letti. In camera c’erano ragni e polvere e dovevamo elemosinare carta igienica, balsamo e cotto fiocchi perché lui dimenticava di rimpiazzarli. La cosa che però ci ha dato più fastidio è il fatto che venisse in camera al mattino presto e poiché non sentivamo che bussasse alla porta (o almeno speriamo che lo facesse) ce lo ritrovavamo vicino al letto e ciò ci destava un grande spavento. Il penultimo giorno mia figlia, ormai esausta da questa situazione, l’ha segnalato alla reception, per cui almeno per un giorno abbiamo riposato bene e non siamo state disturb…

Ужасный отель и отношение персонала + Местоположение - рядом с морем − Ужасное отношение персонала. При обмене в банкомате наличных денег 200 долларов автомат "съел". Персонал отеля никакого участия не проявил, сказал "идите в банк, это не наши проблемы". В конце отпуска из номера пропал дорогой парфюм. Тоже, конечно, никто ничего не нашёл. Не рекомендую этот отель никому, есть куда более достойные в том же районе и за те же деньги.

Ein insgesamt angenehmer und familienfreundlicher Aufenthalt mit sehr sauberem Hotel, tollem Housekeeping und herzlichem + Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchten wir das Housekeeping sowie den Concierge-Service – beide waren jederzeit äußerst aufmerksam, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch der Poolbereich war sehr sauber und gerade für Familien sehr angenehm. Das Personal am Pool war ausgesprochen geduldig, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sauna und Dampfbad sind zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wurden aber regelmäßig gereinigt und waren insgesamt sauber. Die Lage des Hotels empfanden wir ebenfalls als sehr angenehm: ruhig gelegen und dennoch mit dem Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch das Personal im Restaurantbereich war grundsätzlich sehr herzlich und freundlich. − Weniger positiv haben wir den Service an der Rezeption erlebt. Teilweise wirkte das Personal überfordert, wenig entgegenkommend und nicht so professionell, wie wir es von einem Hotel …
