+ C’est déjà la deuxième fois que nous séjournons dans cet hôtel, et sa beauté est toujours aussi époustouflante ! La propreté est irréprochable, le petit-déjeuner est excellent et tout est vraiment impeccable. Le personnel est toujours très présent et réactif au moindre souci ou besoin. Je tiens particulièrement à remercier Pelin pour son accueil chaleureux, sa gentillesse et toutes les petites attentions qu’elle nous a préparées à notre arrivée ainsi qu’à notre départ. Merci pour tout ! − Seul petit point négatif : nous avons trouvé les prix de certains suppléments, notamment près de la piscine, assez excessifs. Cela n’enlève toutefois rien à la qualité exceptionnelle de notre séjour. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

يستحق التجربة + المكان فخم ونظيف ومتكامل − المطعم الخاص بالفندق الواقع بجانب البحر لم يكن الطعم بالمستوى المطلوب والمتوقع

Belle hôtel + La piscine, le petit déjeuner, les chambres très spacieuses. − À notre arrivée c’était un peu le bordel à la réception, nous n’avons pas était informée sur les horaires du petit déjeuner ni l’emplacement, ça manquer un peu de précision. Nous n’avons pas était accompagné à la chambre aussi, les valises on était apporté avant nous. Et nous avons était à la chambre que à 16h alors que nous étions là depuis 15h.

أجمل إقامة في اسطنبول + الموقع والنظافة وتوفير كل شي وأحسن تعامل من الموظفة ليلى والموظفة كبرى والفطور خيالي ومتنوع اعتبر هذا الفندق افضل فندق في اسطنبول وساسكن فيه دايما − لاشي

+ С самого начала мы были окружены вниманием и заботой. Большое спасибо Камилле за помощь во всех возникающих вопросах! Отель новый, оформлен с большим вкусом, все красиво. Отличный двухкомнатный номер Люкс с прекрасным видом, двумя санузлами и очень удобной кроватью. Очень вкусные и разнообразные завтраки. Обязательно вернемся осенью в это замечательное место!

The room also is good. − The stuff was not good even the reception I asked them to change for me the mini bar which was not working and I asked for a glass of ice to drink water. They told me it cost me five euro and they told me this is the policy for the hotel which is very strange for me and even was having some problems. People was working at 9 o’clock morning.

+ Отличный отель! Персонал Guest Relations и Concierge просто супер! Отдельное спасибо Камилле, Артему и Пелин! Они очень помогали нам с любыми нашими просьбами - сделали апгрейд номера; переселили с лучшим видом из-за шумных соседей и тд! House keeping тоже на высоте, Улач большое спасибо! Детский уголок, рестораны, завтраки - все очень круто!
