+ La recepxión 24 horas − Mucha humedad en la habitación. Estaba sucio (paredes con manchas, faltaba barrer...). En la cocina hay pocos utensilios.

This hotel is in one of the most useful locations and has great price, the staff are friendly + I liked the location near the bus stop, I liked the room and friendly staff and the communication, and the air conditioning. − The toilet was in an awkward place, it was a bit dirty, didnt know there was a public laundry till the end of the trip

我們經常到新加坡，常常感受到在世界一流的國家，但飯店的經營和服務卻極其潦草的感受，這點應該好好加強！ + 飯店的地理位置離MRT相當近，更棒的是飯店對面就有巴士車站，有多班巴士可以直接抵達Bugis和牛車水等地區，非常方便！ − 飯店內有小廚房和洗衣機，但電爐和洗衣機都是故障的，無法使用，有提供設備但無法使用，感覺比沒有提供更加令人不舒服！ 床的底座角落沒有導圓角，讓我太太撞傷兩次流血，是非常不貼心和不細膩的設計，應該加強改善！

เหมาะสำหรับผู้มาคนเดียวในระยะสั้นๆ ที่ต้องการทำเลที่เดินทางสะดวก + 1.สำหรับคนที่มาคอนเสิร์ตสนามกีฬาการเดินทางสะดวกมาก สามารถเดินหรือนั่งรถได้ไม่ยาก 2. มีร้านอาหารโลคอลและร้านซูเปอร์แบบโลคอล ไม่ไกลจากที่พัก 3.ป้ายรถเมล์ และรถไฟอยู่ในระยะเดินได้ทั้งหมด 4.ของอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องครบครันมาก − 1.การcheck-inมีปัญหาเล็กน้อย แม้จะทำตามขั้นตอนที่ส่งมาแล้ว 2.การที่ไม่มีสตาฟอยู่เลยทำให้การสอบถาม วิธีการแก้ปัญหาต้องโทรหรือเมสเสสเอา ซึ่งการตอบทางเมสเสสเป็นไปค่อนข้างช้า 3.ของใช้ค่อนข้างสะอาด แต่ผนังห้องมีร่องรอยความชื้น หรือรอยดำเป็นจุดๆอยู่บ้าง

Good budget accomodation for a few days + Good bed and shower, close to the MRT and not a bad price compared to other options to stay in Singapore. The customer service is very good and efficient. − Walls had a bit of mould, probably due to not having any windows (there are rooms with windows). An extractor in the room would be good.

Good value for money for 2 people, but could be cleaned more often. + The two of us stayed for 8 nights, and as a couple it was comfortable and totally fine. A little small, but had everything we needed. − There was a bit of miscommunication about the cleaning. The "please clean" sign was out on our room for 3 days, but it was not cleaned. When we asked the staff, they told us the cleaning is done on a certain day for every floor. The "please clean" sign was out for us on that day, yet it still did not happen. So this was a bit disappointing.

住第二次了 整体还行 + 地铁近 附近有便利店 前面是巴士站 后边也是巴士站 − 我住的需要把台桌放上放下比较麻烦 放下的话我无法关门 再加上早上人家做工比较吵杂一点（这点没关系）

Great room and high ceilings, but noisy streets and slow TV + Feel so cozy on bed. fridge size is reasonable. had induction range (didn't tried) and sink to cook. had enough space of closet to keep the clothes and bags inside. I liked the high ceiling. − It was hard to sleep because the sound of bikes and cars outside the window was way too loud. Television application was super slow so I couldn't watch anything.

Pleasant + Very easy to check in and out − There was a constant dripping noise coming from the bathroom even though none of the taps were leaking
