+ Personnel sympathique. − Ma chambre au 3e étage à été très bruyante , chambre très mal insonorisées. Mais le staff m’a donné une autre chambre en cours de nuit.

Best Place to stay while in Singapore + The check-in was smoothly handled and cared for my the staff there. It was beautifully done and it was great. the cleaners were so friendly, did not disturb me and did always handle carefully and cleanly. Special thanks to the Aunty who came to clean the room on the first night of stay, She was so friendly I felt like my own mom is there caring for me. Thank you.... − Except the fact that the late check-in did not give me any bonus stay or free breakfast. Regular customer must get something complementary. Nothing there is nothing I did not like. This hotel is one of the best values of money.

− Дали комнату рядом с лифтом, не спали всю ночь из-за шума лифта за стеной и люди шумели на этаже. Таких ужасных завтраков мы еще не встречали.. На завтраке подают несколько блюд индийской кухни. Мы поели вареное яйцо и хлеб с маслом, кофе был ужасный

Great place - + Awesome swimming pool. Great local food − Wi Fi was poor. Constantly disconnecting which was a problem.

Super endroit + Piscine sur le toit, personnel arrangeant. − Chambre sans fenêtre mais c’était spécifié dans la réservation. Climatisation trop froide mais comme partout à Singapour

Great staff + I received a warm welcome from the staff and I found them to be very professional all through my trip. I received an upgrade on my room and was pleasantly surprised at the large sized room I had, having read so much about tiny rooms in Singapore hotels. On my departure day I was able to leave my luggage in the hotel safely. I actually was able to have a shower at the rooftop swimming pool after my day's adventure before departing for the airport. A wonderful facility. Thanks to the lovely staff for facilitating that. − I was disappointed with the breakfast, so I chose other venues most mornings.
