+ Morgenmad, beliggenhed − Vi var 2 venner par. Vores venner fik en værelse med havudsigt. Vi fik en værelse hvor håndvask var stoppet, der lugtende af kloak på badeværelse, ingen kaffemaskine, i stueplan med udsigt til baghave, desuden så vi en skægkræ på værelset for samme pris som vennerne have betalt. Fik dog tilbudt et nyt værelse som vi flyttende til.

+ Ja bra − Det är fel att det står en flaska vin vid ankomsten utan info vad den kostar, när jag checkade ut visade det sig att flaskan kostade 300 kr, detta gränsar till ocker

Short and sweet with a few surprises + Location is amazing. Breakfast was great. Hotel vibe and style is exactly what tourists come to Wisby for. Staff are welcoming and pleasant (I only dealt with reception and breakfast attendants) We were lucky to have gotten a wonderful harbor and sea view. − Pictures do match the facilities but they are not clear that you will be charged extra if you want to use the pool or those facilities. Breakfast is charged extra. (We knew this from booking time) But when one flies to an island, the hotel at least should have the BF included. Our shower amenities (showergel, shampoo) were watered down. There were no gel in them rather a watery weak foam. I am aware that previous guests might have done it but housekeeping hadnt refilled them. Not even after we went down and requested them. My kid was already in the shower, wet n waiting. Moreover, we didnt have a phone to contact reception, any issue requires stepping down and conveying then coming up…

Lovely hotel and staff and very convenient location for exploring the town. + I had a great stay. I slept well but am not that picky about beds and pillows. My room was small but it was just me. The staff was always so helpful. The gym is tiny but I got a good workout. The location is very nice to walk along the water and see the amazing sunset, quick walk to the museum and great for exploring town. − Everything was fine for me.

+ Sehr gute Lage, gutes Frühstück. Kostenloser Kaffee verfügbar. Gut arbeitende Klimaanlage. − Bei geöffnetem Fenster lautes Lüftergeräusch, Badezimmer oberflächlich sauber, aber Fliesen etc. länger nicht gewischt, ebenso Nachtschränkchen staubig, keine Fahrradparkplätze.

Sehr gutes Hotel für einen Trip nach Visby + Sehr gutes Frühstück!! Etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Fähranleger, mitten in der wunderschönen Altstadt von Visby. Großes Zimmer, bei geschlossenem Fenster sehr ruhig, bei offenem Fenster ok (wenig Verkehr, hört sich auf Kopfsteinpflaster eben immer etwas lauter an). Freundliche Mitarbeiter. − Es war alles gut!

Bra, men städningen och madrassen/sängen drog ner det rejält tyvärr + Läget − Något som kändes fruktansvärt snuskigt var den sängen jag låg i, när jag lyfte på madrassen såg väldigt nerkissad/nerspydd ut samt att städningen var under all kritik på golvet, med skräp, dammråttor. När jag sa till skulle städerskan så hon skulle gå in igen för att städa bort det, så såg det ändå likadant ut när jag kom tillbaka så jag fick be en tredje gång.
