+ Super great people, from management all the way down. Very helpful, I will truly miss those guys, over the 2 week stay they became like family to me. Was sad to leave.

+ Good value for money. Room was like a good size studio, clean. Bathroom was a bit small but everything needed was available. Didn't see if the hotel had amenities. The immediate area is not great but you have nice coffee and F&B choice 5-7min walk from it. Also, quite central in Riyadh and only 15min drive from Business district. I believe it could be much nicer if they could renovate the big cafe/restaurant downstairs

No atmosphere + Horrible night waiter miserable and very expensive coffee 17 Sar I will never recommend it it is disgrace to Riyadh
