+ Booked the executive suite. Room was ok. But their in room phone was permanently not working, front of house staff were atrocious apart from one member of the team, cleanliness was appalling, breakfast was an absolute waste of money. Definitely not what is written on the tin.

+ Rooms were abit dated, however everything went well. Breakfast spread was good; limited seats available, but overall still ok. Hotel staff/ cleaners regularly check with us at the corridor if we need cleaning or anything for the room.

+ I stayed here from 5 Jan till 10 Jan 24. I like cos it’s near amenities. I didn’t like the services rendered by housekeeping. Our room was not clean till 10 pm at night.

Extremely close to the haram-clean, new & spacious + Perfect location- less than a 2 minute walk to gate 328. Bin dawood (big supermarket) right infront of the hotel and there are also several perfume shops (Arabian oud, Oud elite etc), food places and coffee shops nearby. A less than 5 minute walk to the international food area. Rooms are very spacious, comfortable and clean! I wouldn’t book any other hotel if you’re staying in Madinah and want a hotel that’s comfy, new and right next to the gates. Everything was great! Paid parking available.

+ Clean rooms, not so much the common areas. Real close to the mosque, that beats every other negatives. I would stay here again.
