رائعة وفي النية العودة في الشتاء + الاستقبال والأمن وحامل الحقائب ومسؤل الباركنج ، ودودين ورائعين الغرفة 510 كانت وسيعة ونظيفة والتكيف بطل والإطلالة جميلة المسبح نظيف وكان رائع للعائلة الفطور طعمه لذيذ واستقبالهم فيه احترام للضيف الخدمات قريبة والمكان حيوي منطقة الألعاب جميلة وفيه مساحة رائعة لمتابعة الطفل عوازل الصوتي الخارجي ممتازة − الموسيقي في المسبح صاخبة جدا وفي الممرات هادئة تحتاج اعادة نظر في فكرتها ماء الاستحمام كان فاتر غير مناسب لمحبي الماء الساخن في الاستحمام

كانت ليله مريحه. + موظفة الاستقبال الاستاذه فاطمه مدير الفندق الاستاذ احمد كما اعجبتني فكرة النظام الفكتوري القديم في التأثيث وفقكم الله − بوفيه الافطار يحتاج الي تطوير و المرافق تحتاج صيانه مثل دورة المياه وكذلك التكييف سواء في الغرفه او الممرات و فكرة انارة الممرات بالحساسات جيده ولكن الاضاءه خافته جدا

سيئه بسبب النزلاء الذين سببو ازعاج لنا + الاستقبال الموظفه السعودية محترمه واحترافيه في التعامل − الفندق مليء بجنسية عربية بشكل غير طبيعي واتوقع انهم تحت ضيافة مسؤل بالفندق وازعاجهم في ممرات الفندق وبلغة السكورتي والموظف بالاستقبال وفهمت منهم انه من المدير للفندق والنزلاء من نفس الجنسية والمطعم مزدحم من نفس الجنسية بصراحه الوضع كان لايطاق وتجربة لن تتكرر

The air conditioning is excellent and very quiet, and everything in the hotel is designed to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. − Nothing.

Perfect + The staffs are good. Location and breakfast is excellent. Swimming pool is quite big. The hotel has a character. Interiors are old style. In someway , it looks royal. People who prefer modern style won't like it but for others its fine.
