+ It was clean, staff were prompt always asked if anythung else was needed − The fact that there was no function to turn off the TV. And the room was dull. Main light was flickering eveb though I reported it twice

Alhamdulilah pleasant stay + We loved the location and it was so peaceful We were met by wonderful staff Particularly ( Shorab and Gias) they were always ready to help with room service or queries we had day or night. − Nothing to mention apart from more breakfast options from people from the Uk

Deserve five star hotel. + كانت الاقامة في الفندق جميله من ناحيه توفر نظافة الغرة والتعاون الاحترافي من جميع طاقم الفندق ، فندق يستحق خمس نجوم. أريد ان أذكر وأشكر بالخصوص هنا موظفة الاستقبال الاخت أماني على إحترافية التعامل والجميل للنزلاء ، ايضا سرعة التجاوب من الاخت عند طلب الطوارئ مما كانت له الاثر في جودة ورفاهية إقامتنا في الفندق. فندق يستحق الزيارة مرة اخرى. − لايوجد.
