+ the hotel is modern looking, clean and new with helpful staff. − the concierge is not at the door sometimes you need to call him from inside, the kies has to be reprogramed and the beakfast is not so fresh. the lounge did not have anyone to serve us and bring us dishes.

+ We had a wonderful stay at Le Méridien. A special thanks to Ruba at the front desk for her professionalism, kindness, and exceptional hospitality. When she learned we were celebrating a family occasion, she surprised us with a thoughtful gesture that made our celebration even more special. We also experienced a room issue, and she handled it quickly and efficiently with the best possible solution. A big thank you as well to the team at the entrance of the breakfast buffet. Their warm smiles, friendliness, and welcoming attitude every morning made a great start to our day. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We look forward to coming back!

Will not book at this hotel again + The location only − The staff are unprofessional , from the receptionists to the room cleaners , not 5 stars standard at all , i felt like 3 or 4 stars , my breakfast was included in booking and they came to me while i am eating in the restaurant saying , your booking doesnt inlcude breakfast!!!! Also the cleaners although i put the sign to clean from morning , and several call to start cleaning they only arrive to the room 2:30 , they are under staff, and they need more training for cleaning .
