ممتازه وخصوصا مستر عبد الجليل موظف الاستقبال خلوق ومحترف + كل شي ما عدا ان المياه ضعيف في الادوار العليا في غرف البريميم − ضغط المياه ضعيف جدا في الغرف البريميم في الادوار العليا

− لم يعجبني ان كانت رائحة طبخ في الممر عند الخروج او الذهاب الى الشقة كانت رائحة مطبخ في الممر. وايضا علما اني حجزت ودفعت عن طريق booking تم اخذ تأمين عند تسجيل الدخول وتم ارجاعه عند الخروج ولقد تسبب لي التأمين بخسارة وذلك لان البنك اخذ قيمة العملية وايضا سعر الصرف. زيادة على ذلك لم يوفر الفندق الماء والقهوة في ركن القهوة الموجود في الشقة في اليوم الاول. ولم يفر احذية ولا سجادة الصلاة الا بعد الطلب.

+ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed my holiday! All the staff were very friendly and helpful. A special thank you to supervisor Hagar and to Oussama and Giwantha at the reception, as well as to all the other staff who made my stay so enjoyable. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The pool is great - big, clean, and with a perfect temperature. It was a pleasure spending time there! Everything was at a very high level. I would definitely come back! ❤️ − -

+ لم يعجبني الاكل لم يكن متنوع كثيرا وليس لذيذا لكن الفندق مريح ونظيف

+ سعر جيد مقارنة بالخدمات المتوفرة في المجمع. توفر خدمات و مرافق جيدة للعائلات. توفر مطاعم و بقالة ضمن المجمع − انتظلر المصاعد فتره طويله مزعج .. و التنقل بين الابراج و الخدمات متعب ولا يوجد إرشادات واضحة. البحث عن موقف للسيارة مزعج. لا يوجد سياسة واضحة اي ستسكن في اي برج أو اي طابق... تجنب الطوابق المرتفعة سيكون وقتك كله انتظلر للمصعد المطاعم التابعة للفندق رديئة و خاصة الإفطار ليس بالمستوى المطلوب مما تضطر للخروج للمطاعم المجاورة
