+ قربه من سوق واقف − التأخر في استلام مفتاح الشقة قرابة النصف ساعة، وايضاً تشغيل جرس انذار الحريق ثلاث مرات وكل مرة يقولون خطأ، الخطأ لا يتكرر، وقد تسبب في ترويع الاطفال.

تجربة جميلة بسبب الموقع تعامل العاملين ممتاز ننصح بتجديد الاثاث وتوفير ادوات النظافة خصوصا بالشقق + الموقع سرعة الاستجابة − نقص ادوات النظافة لايوجد صابون ولا بلسم ولا شامبو وبعض الرموتات لاتعمل اثاث قديم ومتهالك

+ - اشكر اولاً موظف الاستقبال ( اسماعيل ) - قريب جداً جداً من سوق واقف و الفندق هادئ . − خرجت من الفندق و انا جداً جداً غضبان 😡 بسبب ان عامل نظافة الغرف فتح علينا الغرفه انا و عائلتي بحجت انه بنظف بدون طلب منه او من الفندق !؟

+ Personnel très accueillant, très propre et grand, literie très confortable, piscines agréables au vu de la chaleur, clim réglable, très bien placé − Hotel très grand et nous nous perdions toujours avec le système d'accès avec les ascenseurs et nous nous devions faire tout le tour dehors dans la chaleur car nous ne trouvions pas l'accès.

Great location and helpful staff, but the rooms & breakfast could use some improvement. + The location within Souq Waqif was very convenient, and the reception staff were extremely understanding and helpful. When I raised a concern about my first room, they responded immediately and moved me to another room, which I really appreciated. Their helpful attitude definitely made the stay better. − The main issue was the obvious wear and tear in the rooms. The overall cleanliness and general maintenance could definitely be improved. Breakfast was good, but the same options were served throughout my five-day stay. It would also be nice to have Karak tea and a few more local food and drink options, especially given the location in Souq Waqif. The parking is conveniently located directly beneath the hotel, but the process of exiting was a bit of a hassle.

Najada is a perfect welcoming stay, if felt like home when everything is comfortable and friendly! + Everything about the property was amazing! Staffs very friendly and accommodating, we had to checkout early morning for our flight and yet the staffs packed us breakfast to go! The rooms were clean, freshly made up daily. Locations is best too it was only a 5 mins walk to the souq, and middle of all the nice attractions. We will definitely stay here again for my next trip to Doha, thank you! − Everything was good!

Great hotel apartments in the centre of Doha next to the metro + Staff were extremely friendly throughout the hotel - checkin, swimming pool, cleaning staff - and the room was great as was the shower and the bed. − No washing up liquid nor sponge/teatowel made it quite difficult to wash up out plates. The shower head was broken and the battery of the safe was defect and had to be replaced.
