A repetir + Sossego, próximidade com o mar, quarto com varanda com vista incrível, limpeza impecável, pequeno almoço muito bom, staff da recepção com atendimento de excelência. Estacionamento fácil. A repetir certamente.

+ Piękny ogród, duży parking, fantastyczny basen, wspaniałe widoki. − Monotonne śniadania, pokoje słabo wyciszone, wszystko słychać z korytarza a zwłaszcza hałas robiony przez panie sprzątające - od rana odkurzanie, stukanie butelkami, tak więc raczej się tu nie wyśpisz. Bardzo podstawowe kosmetyki - tylko mydło do rąk i żel pod prysznic z szamponem w jednym. Brak balsamu do ciała i vanity kit.

+ The view is amazing. All the rooms seem to have sea view, the staff is very friendly, is excellent that they offer towels for the beach and also they change them if needed.

Definitely recommend. Excellent resort. + Exceptionally friendly and helpful front desk. Alfonso Costa, especially, was cheerful, informative, and by far the best. Food at the snack bar was good. − Breakfast was a bit boring - basically the same every morning.

Beautiful location, but seriously overpriced for the condition of the hotel. + The Caloura Hotel Resort has one of the most beautiful locations in São Miguel. The setting is, without a doubt, one of the most gorgeous spots on the island, and this remains the hotel’s biggest asset. We have been customers for many years, specifically for this reason. The staff were also a positive point, particularly the employees who have been working at the hotel for many years, like Emanuel and others. They were friendly, professional and clearly committed to providing good service despite the shortcomings of the property itself. − Since the hotel was purchased by the Bensaude group, the prices have increased significantly, but the hotel’s amenities and overall quality have not improved accordingly…in some areas, they have actually become worse. The price now suggests a much higher level of quality than what is being delivered. The breakfast was disappointing in terms of variety and did not feel appr…

Best resort we have ever been to + Das beste Hotel, in dem wir je gewesen sind. Natürlich ist nicht alles perfekt, aber wir haben uns noch nie in einem Resort so wohlgefühlt.. Die Mitarbeiter waren professionell und so nett. Wir verstehen die Kritik an dem Frühstück gar nicht, es ist reichhaltig und gut. Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich und der Blick auf das Meer einfach traumhaft. Bitte ein besonderes Lob an das gesamte Personal ausrichten. Wir kommen definitiv bald wieder :).

+ Die außergewöhnliche Lage des Hotels, die wunderschöne Gartenanlage und der tolle Blick sorgten für ein wunderbares Urlaubsgefühl. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und das Zimmer war sehr sauber. − Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in der Snack-Bar. Für diese Preise kann man Besseres erwarten. Das Frühstück ist relativ eintönig, da ist noch Luft nach oben.
