Perfect and luxurious. Would highly recommend + We had a perfect one night stay at this hotel. The service we received was very special. All staff that we encountered were friendly and very helpful. Our room (one bedroom suite) was clean and luxurious with the most amazing views of Lisbon. During our stay we utilised the Club Lounge which I would highly recommend. Talk about being spoiled !

We went back it was so nice! + What a wonderful experience! We started our Portugal trip with four nights in Lisbon at the Intercontinental. We enjoyed our stay so much that we ended our trip, deciding to spent another four nights, at the Intercontinental. Our decision to return and spend extra time in Lisbon had everything to do with the friendly and competent service as well as the quality of the hotel. A special thanks to Mr. Santos who took care of a minor problem with our stay in an amazing way! And also a big thank you to Anabela, in reservations! EVERYONE we interacted with, both stays, were lovely, friendly, and helpful. All the staff seemed to go over the top to make our stay memorable. And of course Mr. Santos shone and we’ll never forget him. Our experience was so nice, that for November, we have booked 8 nights at the InterContinental in Porto, Portugal. We’re looking forward to our stay and writhing more nice reviews! Thank you from the B’s

Superb stay at IC Lisbon. A long-overdue review — apologies for the delay. + My partner and I chose Lisbon to celebrate my birthday, and I used my IHG Ambassador Complimentary Weekend Night Rate for our stay at the InterContinental Lisbon. We were upgraded to a superb suite with a huge terrace overlooking the city, and there was a birthday cake waiting for us in the room — a lovely and thoughtful touch. The housekeeping service was excellent, and lunch at the restaurant was a superb experience. The Club Lounge was also cozy and welcoming, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. The dry martini at the bar was good, though perhaps not quite at the same exceptional level as the rest of the experience — I would rate it a 7/10. Carolina Silva, Guest Experience Manager, truly personified what hospitality is all about. Overall, it’s a nice hotel with good service, a good location, and comfortable rooms, but the policies and payment proce + The cleaning service, the room, and the location were all very good, especially if you want to walk down to the city centre. They also upgraded our room at no extra cost due to an issue on their side, which was a very nice gesture and clearly an effort to make up for the inconvenience. − However, there were some serious issues with the payment and parking arrangements. At check-in, they reserved the full amount for all the booked nights on our card. At check-out, instead of simply releasing the original reservation and charging the correct amount, they charged the amount again while the initial reservation was still pending. As a result, our account temporarily showed a negative balance equivalent to almost double the hotel cost. This was done without any prior explanation, and we could not find any clear information about this procedure either during the Booking…
