Fantastic 3 night stay and so well looked after by the amazing staff. + Breakfast was amazing and the roof pool and indoor pool.

Great stay in Lisbon + Very nice Pool and Fitnesscenter and the best breakfast!!! Perfect beds! − The electric installations in the rooms were confusing, my husband wanted to drink a coffee outside the room in the morning and I wanted to sleep longer and I couldn’t turn off the lights without the card….the curtains were broken….not what to expect from this hotel!

The barbecue on the terrace was exceptional. + Spacious and light public areas. − Switches for lights and drapes in the room were ridiculously complicated.

+ The spa area with a pool and two saunas was a wonderful way to relax and unwind. The room was very well equipped, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. A big thank you to the staff for the lovely welcome dessert! The breakfast was also excellent. We truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back!

Excellent stay - highly recommended + We stayed here for 2 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary and as a base to see Lisbon. We were not disappointed. Hotel generally - The hotel has a lovely warm feeling about it and all the staff were very friendly. The main reception area was airy and welcoming. Reception - check in was quick and Marta was really helpful. We were early but she found us a room that was already available and did recognise it was our anniversary stay. Bedroom - spacious, great views with all the amenities that you would want. Restaurant - the breakfast choice was vast and far more than a standard buffet. The quality was excellent and Fredy was an attentive waiter. We were seated in his area on both days and on the 2nd day he remembered our coffee order, most impressive given the number of people that must pass through his service. Dinner - we were made aware of the Fire & Soul evening and we would highly recommend it. A brilliant evening, great live music and…

Wonderful Hotel and people! + Absolutely fabulous! The hotel was beautiful and the staff lovely. The breakfast was phenomenal and ran like a well oiled machine. There was such a variety to choose from you would never run out of options. I highly recommend the Saturday evening BBQ as it was delicious.

+ +++ la piscine et le sauna au -2, le personnel est super, le ménage est parfait − Tous les à côtés sont très chers, le samedi midi nous avons été presses de manger car ils organisaient la soirée du soir, la piscine est surchargée, impossible de s’y installer

Extrem schöner Aufenthalt mit Prima vor allem freundlichen Personen im Hotel + Eine Geburtstagsüberraschung, die man nicht vergisst! 🎂✨ Die Geburtstagsüberraschung auf unserem Zimmer war weit mehr als nur eine nette Geste – sie war einfach großartig und kaum zu übertreffen! Ein ganz herzliches DANKESCHÖN an das gesamte Team für diese besondere Aufmerksamkeit und vor allem für die unglaublich freundliche, herzliche und professionelle Betreuung während unseres Aufenthalts. Outstanding hotel! + This hotel blew me away! I have stayed in 5 star hotels before but this was another level. Attention to detail in every way was impeccable from the beautiful floral arrangements in reception, coffee machine in the room, outstanding service from every staff member and cleanliness of every inch of the hotel. If I could give more than 10/10 I would. Thank you for the most wonderful experience 👏👏
