A very good stay. + I have stayed here before. It’s comfortable and efficient. It’s well placed and room was great. − Couldn’t find a way of turning off all the lights without putting lamps off from plugs!

+ The facilities in terms of the pool, massage area, sauna etc were on top of the game but... − The room was a disaster firstly the aircorn was not working secondly was not clean at all We complained they did change the room but the 2nd room had roaches and bugs we complained again and showed them and then they changed the room again but the 3rd room and the aircorn had a smell to it Severely disappointed especially for the brand they under and really overpriced for what rooms they offering Will never be going back unfortunately and especially taking they in 1 night i had to change so many rooms yet no compensation or even slightest effort was made beyond that for the uncomfortable stay

İt is absolutely not a hotel worthy of the Mövenpick hotel + Oda genişliği,yemek çeşitliliği − Slow receptionists,bad room cleaning,the room access card is repeatedly malfunctioning everyday
