Not what i expected for a four star hotel + The promo and location − We waited over an hour after the supposed check-in time. The room was very dimly lit.

The room was not worth the money i paid for plus there was a 3000.00 pesos early check in fee. + The room space was big. − Old room, rusty faucets in all room areas, the paint, the entire room is kinda dark, dirty linens, towels, the beds are too low ( didn’t have bed frames ). Did not have the chance to take photos.

The Comfort in the Linden Suites + All the staff were friendly, accommodating, polite,courteous and helpful. − Everything was fine. There was nothing to dislike or to complain about.

+ worth the price! my second time booking this place − the first time was amazing. but recently, we were placed in the 11th floor that has a messy corridor. the cable tv and internet were also not working… no compensations were offered

+ Location − Noise both from other rooms and from outside. No amenities in room, not even tissue paper.

Not bad but they need to improve in maintenance + Good location. Property was clean. − I know this hotel 18 years ago. Back then it looked new and well maintained. Time passed and it is evident that it is poorly maintained. Bathroom looks old and other facilities in the room look worn out. Parking is also not easy as the driveways are extremely narrow.
