Great stay will come back + The staff are very attentive and courteous. Would definitely comeback. I highly recommend the fire show! Our rooms are super clean!

Awesome! + Very nice weekend experience, as usual. Had some bonding moments with family. Place is tidy. The beach has improved. At the moment the resort is bit crowded, but it's okay.

Great time all round + We had a great time at JPark resort, especially at the Coral restaurant by the bay. We celebrated our anniversary there, and Mario and Khineth went out of their way to make our dining experience and anniversary a memorable one. We definitely recommend :)

If you enjoy "surviving" your holidays, this is the place for you. + I don’t want to be the guy. I really don’t. I don’t want to be the person who stands in a "five-star" tropical oasis—and I use that term with a level of irony that is physically exhausting—and conducts a forensic audit of the seating capacity of a breakfast nook. But here we are. The word resort implies a recourse to something better. It does not imply a two-hour ticking clock on a lunch buffet. To put a cap on a meal before I’ve even seen the salad bar? That’s not hospitality; it’s a hostage negotiation with a carving station. Then there’s the check-in. Three o’clock. That’s the law. But when 3:00 PM becomes 3:15, and 3:15 becomes "we’re looking for a room on a different floor," the social contract is void. My sister is on one floor, I’m on another—we’ve gone from a family vacation to a long-distance relationship in the span of an elevator ride. I let it pass because the staff are saints. First time at JPark Hotel + Very convenient airport pick up. Very friendly staff. Very prompt delivery of meals and good quality of food at the Abalone. Our room is good sized and the amenities are also good.

Worst check-in process + Booked the Mactan Suite to be next to my sister's room but was only able to get our rooms past 4pm. It was a series of, "Oh someone is getting you the key now", or "We're just getting the room ready"..... Terrible!

Good and nice 👍 + Shouting from the room beside can be heared in our room but when i called the reception, it was over. Also, we experienced that the double lock in the main door got stucked. Overall experienced was good and the waterpark and beach were clean and nice. Thank you.

“5-star”? More like 2.5 😂 + Booked a sea view, got a “construction view with a hint of sea” 🤦♀️. Aircon took forever to cool the room—ended up using a handheld fan 😅. Bathtub bubbles didn’t work, pools need serious maintenance (dirt under bridge sprinklers visible). Staff disappointment: our daughter taught the lifeguard a whistled at her, but the lifeguard whistled at someone else. in response, binasa nya yung lifeguard. He then approached my husband saying “bastos yung bata.” I know what she did was wrong, but as 5-star hospitality, better words could’ve been used. He only apologized after learning she has ASD—which shouldn’t even matter. Be kind, not confrontational. Also… felt like Koreans were prioritized 🤔. Being Tagalog, left a bad taste. Surely not going back..

Where Fun Meets Exceptional Service Jpark Never Disappoints! + Huge thanks to Christine Luague for taking such great care of us we truly had an unforgettable stay! Our experience at Jpark Island Resort was nothing short of amazing. From the delicious food to the super fun and exciting pool activities, every moment was worth it. What made it even more special was how warm, friendly, and accommodating all the staff were they really made us feel at home. We also truly appreciate that the resort is Muslim friendly, which made our stay even more comfortable and worry free. A heartfelt thank you as well to DM Ella for taking such wonderful care of our kids during their Pororo experience. Your kindness, patience, and genuine enthusiasm made it extra special and truly memorable for them we really appreciate it! Already looking forward to our next visit can’t wait to be back! 💙✨

😍 “Worth It Stay – Babalik Ako!” + ⸻ I really enjoyed my stay at JPark Island Resort & Waterpark! Super sulit especially if you’re with family or friends. The waterpark is the best part — ang daming slides and pools, hindi ka mabobore. Rooms are clean and comfortable, sarap magpahinga after swimming. Staff are friendly and very accommodating, which made the experience even better. Food is okay naman, maraming choices especially sa breakfast buffet. Beach is nice for relaxing and pictures, kahit medyo mababaw yung water. Overall, great place for fun and relaxation. Babalik ako for sure!

An awesome vacation + We went as a family and booked 2 mactan suites for the four of us. These suites were nice, and the rooms were huge, absolutely huge. There were two bathrooms in each suite so everyone was happy. I'll go with my "Good, Bad, and Ugly" style of review. There really isn't an ugly on this one, but I will try... Good - Rooms are excellent and well maintained. Breakfast is amazing and waaaay over the top. Breakfast: Espresso, omelette, pho, sushi, and juices made me happy. Lunch: A la carte and the burger/fry at the bar were about $10US but they were excellent. The pizza was about the same but it was beyond excellent and worth trying. Drinks are kind of pricey, but the mango drinks are excellent. Pools - lazy river was excellent and plenty of floats. The water was perfect in all the pools. Location: Plenty of shopping inside and outside the facilities. Yes, we tried Jollibee and loved it. Plenty of baked goods as well. They were really good about givin…
