+ The staff here was awesome - very responsive and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. Good breakfast, loved that it was included and they made me a packed lunch on the day of my very early morning tour. It was close to the main square, which was also very convenient.

Sin embargo debo anotar que el personal fue EXTREMADAMENTE amable y atento; ellos hacen todo. − Tenía amenities de un hostal, deberían ya migrar a jabón líquido por ejemplo. No había. Las almohadas y la ropa de cama podría ser un poco mejor. La puerta no cerraba bien.

+ Великолепный отель, оправдывающий свой высокий рейтинг. Крайне приветливый и заботливый персонал. Всей семьей страдали от горной болезни - персонал отеля предоставлял кислородные баллоны. Один раз для ребенка предоставили баллон на ночь, всё включили и рассказали. Быстрый Wi-Fi. Нормальный вкусный завтрак. Есть горячая вода, хотя говорят, что в гостиницах Куско это нечастое явление В Куско по месторасположению и сервису верен, что это лучшая гостиница

+ Das Hotel liegt ruhig und doch zentral, auf Anfrage bekommt man einen heater. Es hat ein nettes Restaurant im Erdgeschoss. Das Frühstück war gut − Im Badezimmer ist es sehr kalt.
