マチュピチュ前のくつろぎ宿 + ・村の中心にあり出入りしやすかった。 ・朝ごはんが卵の調理方法をえらべて熱々のスクランブルエッグを食べられた。 ・朝ごはんがどれもおいしかった。 ・スタッフさんがフレンドリーだった。 ・11時からのアーリーチェックインしてくれた。 ・村の観光情報などを教えてくれた。 ・サービスのマッサージが１時間以上はあった。 ・水筒に水を入れて持って行っていいと言ってもらえた。 ・スタッフさんが、朝のバスの並んだ方がいい時間を教えてくれた。 − ・名前がJayaホテルになっており、分かりにくかった。 ・山、川ビューだったが、2階だったので前の道を通る人から丸見えでくつろげなかった。 ・トイレから異臭がした。 ・マッサージ30分付きが初め、フロントでは予約していないといわれた。 ・マッサージは地下にあり、ガラスに半透明のシートを貼った部屋でいきなり下着だけになれと言われ、寒かったし、男性の声もして怖かった。 ・扉が薄く、夜に廊下の声が丸聞こえだった。 ・街が目の前のため、夜遅くまでクラブの音楽が聞こえた。

Estadia excelente, com equipe muito atenciosa, ótima localização, ambiente impecavelmente limpo e um café da manhã delic + Excelente experiência! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Gostaria de destacar, principalmente, a cordialidade e a atenção de toda a equipe. Desde os recepcionistas, passando pela equipe da cozinha, todos foram muito atenciosos, prestativos e simpáticos durante a nossa estadia. O café da manhã também merece destaque, com boas opções e tudo muito bem preparado. Além do destaque da massagem que estava inclusa, uma das melhores da minha vida. A localização é excelente, facilitando bastante o acesso aos principais pontos da região. E, por fim, a vista do quarto, espetacular. O hotel é muito limpo, organizado e bem cuidado. No geral, tivemos uma ótima experiência e fomos muito bem recebidos. Recomendo! − Hidromassagem não funcionou.

Perfeita! + Quarto maravilhoso e aconchegante! Cama espaçosa, ótima! Suite com hidromassagem, água forte e quente, com ducha regulável de pressão. Além de tudo muito limpo e organizado! Funcionários super prestativos. Foram me receber na estação, eu amei e super recomendo este hotel.

Better quality option for staying in Aguas Calientes if inkaterra and Belmond are out of budget. + Enjoyed that the breakfast was served early to accommodate for those with early Machu Picchu times. Was a great location near the train into the town and for the bus up to Machu Picchu. Shower was nice and big. − The jacuzzi bathtub water smelt terrible, like rotten eggs and thus was fairly gross to ever use.
