Nicht ganz billig aber Preis-Leistung voll in Ordnung + Sehr schönes Interieur, es gibt nichts auszusetzen. − Über die Lage des Viertels sollte man sich bewusst sein, aber das Hotel an sich top. Mit uber ohnehin alles easy erreichbar. Also im Grunde nichts negatives.

Mal Servicio + La ubicación − El mal trato del personal desde la llegada hasta la salida , la comida no estaba buena . Las frutas llenas de moscos , el personal carecía de empatía y atención al servicio . Las habitaciones se veía que no hacían el aseo . Uno encontraba el lavábamos y piso sucio .

Lovely stay room and staff are great + Property was great, staff were amazing, couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly! Andres specifically was so helpful and lovely! Food spread and drink options were great . − You had to put a $200 deposit down which isn’t stated anywhere before arriving at the property on top of paying for the room of course. The pool wasn’t in use for maintenance for 2 days while we were there, there was no prior notice given about this and when I said this they were quite unhelpful but this could have been a language barrier. I booked it for the pool so it was really annoying that it wasn’t in use for half our stay and we were not pre warned at all about this. The breakfast spread was great but there was a lot of flies on the fruit and hovering over the food. My brother did get food poisoning after the second day we did only eat in the hotel the day before but food poisoning can take a while to kick in and we were in Cusco prior to this.

+ En general todo bien, el papel en el baño es poco y no es muy buena calidad Además es de los pocos hoteles que te hacen un cargo extra obligatorio rembolsable por si dañas algo en el hotel, no no es un voucher abierto para consumos, es un cargo por posibles daños a la habitación. − El cargo extra obligatorio rembolsable por posibles daños a la habitación, el papel de baño. Además es de los pocos que te venden la conexión a Wifi, en la mayoría de hoteles una conexión decente ya va incluida en el costo de la habitación.

+ An open air rooftop pool and a jacuzzi tab were a nice experience. The rooms are cosy and practical. The breakfast food selection was great
