+ El personal es muy atento − Llegue de un viaje de 24 horas de vuelo con mi mama y mi bebe y estaban super agotadas me hubiera gustado que el chekin me hagan antes pero me hicieron esperar hasta medio dia

Muy bien + Muy buena ubicación, personal muy amable. − El desayuno cada día era igual, entonces luego de 4 noches decidimos cambiar. Pero fue solo eso.

Great room, disappointing breakfast. + I liked especially how spacious and well appointed was the apartment. A full dine-in kitchenette, L-shaped sofa and comfortable work area in the living room and separate bedroom with sitting area, full-body mirror and spacious clothes storing space made being in the room very comfortable. Two large screen tvs that I did not use but were there. Adequate internet. − Breakfast was quite frugal - very few choices and some basic items ran out and were not replaced. However, eggs cooked to order, butter, jam and sliced bread were always provided. No drinkable water was easily available. Coffee maker was not in the room (had to ask for it) and both the refrigerator and toilet malfunctioned (but were quickly fixed when I mentioned this to the staff). The street was quite noisy in the morning and evening (traffic horns on the way to the school nearby)

Teleurgesteld in de hygiëne en communicatie. + Ruime opzet van de kamer/appartement. 1 staff kwam nog een extra handdoek uit zichzelf brengen en had erg vriendelijke communicatie ook al sprak hij bijna alleen spaans − Het was absoluut niet schoon, er zaten vlekken op de handdoeken en kussens. Ook de kastjes stonken heel erg. Ook moesten wij ietsje vroeger vertrekken dan de tijd dat het ontbijt begon, hierin kon helaas niet worden meegedacht. Hierdoor hadden wij geen ontbijt. 1 staff aan de balie/receptie deed echt niet haar best om Engels te spreken of daarin iets te proberen
