+ Café da manhã excelente, camas e travesseiros muito confortáveis. Apesar de ser na estação de trem, durante a noite não ouvimos nenhum barulho, dormimos tranquilamente. Há uma horta da propriedade do hotel que os hospedes podem visitar. A vista de lá é incrível. O hotel disponibilizou duas garrafas grandes de água, maçãs, chocolate e protetores auriculares como cortesia.

מקום מושלם חוויה ייחודית + המיקום המדהים, אומנם בתחנת הרכבת אבל היינו במבנה רחוק ולא הפריע. הגינות הפנימיות והמטופחות, החווה המדהימה ובית הקפה והנוף! החדרים גדולים ונוחים

Overall it was really good we liked the food the most. And the dogs was really nice especially Portion😊 + I like the nature and I like the dogs too. And the coffee experience was really good. Helen supported as very good. It was a really good experience staying at El Albergue Ollantaytambo😊 − There was only one thing, our room was too close to the railway station so the noise was disturbing at times.

Beautiful hostel but very noisy. + Charmfull hostel. Very good restaurant. − The hostel is the ex train station, next to the train which are very noisy. Of course it is very convenient if you need to take a train early

Convenient location but not value for money at all + Good location for train station - but train noise can be an issue. Lovely gardens. − Disappointing customer experience, nonchalant reception staff and poor room cleanliness and hygiene.

Hotel caro, que vale quanto cobra + O hotel promove várias iniciativas de cunho ambiental e social. Há uma horta orgânica que pode ser visitada, quase não há plástico nos quartos, e a acomodação é muito confortável sem luxos ostensivos (e desnecessários). O restaurante é muito bom então, ainda que você não se hospede, apareça lá pra jantar que vale a pena. E há uma funcionária-canina, a Chaska, que está sempre por ali dando o ar de sua graça − Embora valha o investimento, é um hotel caro. Não consegui me entender com o aquecimento do chuveiro. E, em alguns quartos, há o barulho dos trens (a recepção do hotel é dentro da estação)

Wonderful stay + It is within the train station ,literally when you hop off the train the entrance to the hotel is at the platform, which is super convenient as we need not join the line outside the gate to queue for train. We can just pick our luggage and hop on the Peru rail .The breakfast is excellent and the staff is very helpful . − Will be good if can provide bedroom slippers as the floor is cold .

Peut être le seul hôtel de charme à Ollantaytambo. Gros potentiel mais certaines prestations et tarifs sont à revoir pou + Charme de l’hôtel situé dans la gare. Ambiance exotique des jardins − L’hôtel a les inconvénients de ses avantages. Bouchons d’oreilles obligatoires : le balais des trains commence à 06h00 du matin Chambre triple extrêmement décevante avec sa fenêtre haute qui donne sur les voies. Cela ressemble davantage à une chambre de couvent qu’à une chambre d’hôtel. La salle de bains ne dispose d’aucun emplacement pour y poser une trousse de toilette. Le charme du lieu n’autorise pas tout : le tarif appliqué pour la chambre triple est disproportionné par rapport à la qualité de l’hébergement proposé. Service du bar et du restaurant déplorable. Réservation de table non prise en compte, la prise de commande de trois boissons chaudes est laborieuse alors ne parlons pas du service de petit déjeuner : plats servis sans couverts, demandes spécifiques non suivies d’effet, …

Una notte e via + La posizione dentro la stazione dei treni che se devi fare l incatrail risparmi una levataccia − L odore persistente di gasolio in tutto l hotel camere e ristorante inclusi Alla reception sono stati molto gentili ma parevano non coordinati con il resto dello staff che è risultato piuttosto infastidito e non informato degli accordi presi all accoglienza

+ Excellent and incredibly cordial staff - among the best I’ve experienced. The location is perfect for Machu Picchu, with the train literally starting right outside the hotel’s front door. Ollantaytambo ruins and the town center are also within walking distance. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large king-size bed. Breakfast was another major plus with a great variety of satisfying and delicious options. The hotel area itself is quite large, with an eco-cottage-style setting. I am personally not usually a fan of eco-hotels, but I really enjoyed the atmosphere here. − The water pressure in the shower was a bit weak, and the hot water supply seemed somewhat inconsistent, occasionally cutting out briefly. There was no TV in the room, which may or may not matter depending on your preferences.

Conforto com estilo em Ollantaytambo + Instalações , quarto e principalmente o fato de ser de ser na estação de trem , pois em Ollantaytambo, se locomover é difícil e ainda mais com malas − Chuveiro água muito fraca e basta aumentar um pouco a fria que já gela o banho
