Excelentes instalaciones, el personal muy atento y cálido + Las instalaciones estuvieron fenomenales, lindo hotel − esta lejos de la plaza, pero cerca de la salida de cuzco hacia urubamba, estoy acostumbrado a salir de mi hotel y caminar en cuzco

Will come back again. + Great hotel, very comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast. I really liked that they have self-service la under y, saved us money and time. − Location is not ideal. Although the view is beautiful, it is very high up the hill. Hard to walk due to altitude. With kids we could come down but had to take Uber up.

SUPER + Petit déjeuner exceptionnel , très bon. Belle vu de la chambre L' hôtel est très beau Le personnel très pro et gentil − un peu loin de centre ville , faut monter pour arriver à l 'hôtel à 3600 m en fin de journée ou après un dîner pas facile. Après les taxis ne sont pas chères, donc pas un handicap

+ In generale tutto. Risulta forse un po' distante da plaza de armas e con una salita non indifferente per arrivarci (taxi ampiamente disponibili e a prezzo contenuto) − Colazione non inclusa nella tariffa (nessuna sorpresa, era debitamente specificato alla prenotazione)

Nos sentimos como en casa y en familia + En este viaje a Cuzco con mi familia agradezco la amabilidad y atención de todo el personal, en especial a Larry (técnico) por estar pendiente de nuestra habitación; a Fredy (encargado de limpieza de la habitación) ;y a Analy, y a todo el equipo de la cocina por preocuparse en tener un buen momento en el desayuno, en el cual tuvimos el privilegio de escuchar un acompañamiento con arpa espectacular. Además, recalcar a las señoras con sus productos artesanales dentro del hotel por dar buen precio y calidad, sin dejar de lado a la alpaquita Luchito. En este viaje que lo hicimos con auto el hotel nos dio las facilidades para un aparcamiento adecuado. En general una buena experiencia y estadía 100% recomendable. − Estar pocos dias, en la siguiente oportunidad nos quedaremos más tiempo.

Good hotel,easy access to all the main sites. + Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Staff were very friendly and gave me the chance to practise my Spanish! Room was comfortable and very clean. Location was good. − Steep walk for 30 minutes to get back from central town. Uber takes 5 minutes and is very cheap so that was good.

Great overnight stay + We stayed here for one night after our trek in Machu Picchu and it was lovely. The staff were wonderful, and we were treated extremely well as Hilton Gold members. Everything was spotless in the room, it was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was the best we had during our time in Peru.

Highly recommended hotel in cusco. + A beautiful and quiet place overlooking the city. The staff were very friendly and check-in was swift. The room is spacious and bright and the toilet is very clean. The bed is super comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel to downtown Cusco by taxi was not that far and still a place that is worth staying. The staff are attentive and its highly recommended. I enjoyed my stay.
