Çalışanlar dışında süper + Otel konumu istasyona yakın ama sıcak olduğu için taksiyi kullandık hep. Taksilerde uygulama ile çağırırsan inanılmaz uygun fiyatlara denk geldi. Otelin kahvaltısı harikaydı. Her şey vardı, seçeneği çok fazlaydı ve inanılmaz sevdim. Karak Tea bir harika tadına bayıldım. Otel tertemiz ve hep çok güzel kokular geliyordu otelin her yerinden mis gibi kokuyordu. Biz check in saatinden çok önce geldik valizlerimizi bırakabildik. Kesinlikle Umman’da bu fiyata bu kalite en iyi otel diyebilirim. − Girişteki çalışan personel biraz kabaydı. Wifi şifresini istedik ve İngilizceleri biraz garip olduğu için anlamadım tekrarlamasını söylediğimde kaba davrandı ve güler yüzlü değildi. Ummanda herkes inanılmaz güler yüzlü tek gördüğüm güler yüzlü olmayan kişiydi. Otelin tek sevmediğim yanı buydu.

أنصح به + هذه ليست المرة الأولى وليست الأخيرة التي أقيم فيها بهذا الفندق الخدمة ممتازة وكل شي رائع يستحق التجربة لمن لم يجربه − فقط باب الحمام وباب الغرفة يحتاجان لبعض الصيانة

− In the non smoking room, guests smoked inside the room and in the toilet. After guest's checkout. the room service was not done properly. I was allotted to that room which i rejected and they provided me immediately upgraded room. Thank you for the receptionist.

+ We booked the room for 3, and it was very good. The room is spacious and comfortable. The restaurant staff are very nice and attentive.
