Amazing and very beautiful + I really like how the staff was very polite and helpful, especially Fatima, Ameera, Tareq, and Irfan, they were very helpful and even offered us all the facilities to provide us a very comfortable experience, and a very big thank you to the rest of the staff! The breakfast was great, so was the balcony view where you could see what kind of activities were being held in the center of the property. The room was also very comfortable and neat − Nothing. Everything was amazing.

Warm hospitality, wonderful staff, and perfect location + What we loved most about Salalah Gardens Hotel was the exceptional staff and genuine hospitality. Having stayed at another big-name hotel in Salalah during the previous two years, the warmth and friendliness here completely changed my perspective on hospitality in Salalah. The breakfast was very good, and Maryam, Shamim, Samuel ( Excellent Omelets and amazing positive energy), Sourabh, and Eiei made every morning special with their friendliness and attentiveness. We also greatly appreciated Tariq from Concierge, Suheyla, Fatima, and Ahmed Gandour. Suheyla even surprised my daughter with a birthday cake, which was a wonderful and memorable gesture. When we had an issue with our room, the team responded immediately and changed it for us. Wonderful stay but need to improve the services. + The location is perfect attached with the mall. − Staff members took at least 3 call until provide water and 4 times for the kits.

Nice place to stay while in Salalah + Property is within the city limits.They have dedicated parking.The front desk staff were very cordial and cooperative.Support staff were also cooperative and helpful.
