Nice hotel overall + The family villa is big and with all comforts. Unfortunately when we checked-in we had to call the housekeeper as we found hair and dirty corners to be cleaned properly. Also the second day we went out for a tour at 9.00am and when we came back the villa was still not clenched at 2.30pm, we had to call and ask for housekeeping again and we waited for them to finish the cleaning outside in the terrace (a bit disappointing). Overall the hotel is nice and we enjoyed the swimming pool and its facilities. The shuttle to go to the beach is punctual and 10 minutes away from a very nice beach club. The buffet is good and worth for money (approximately 25 euros for 2 people including soft drinks). Luckily to make up for the inconvenience we faced they offered us late check out on the last day.

+ The property shows that they are in the beach in the pictures but the reality that they are renting a villa on the beach and you have to take a shuttle that runs every 30 minutes to go to the beach club. The beach club is very dirty especially the washrooms and the staff is careless. In general the staff of the hotel is careless, do not understand English or they play dum as a way for not doing service. I highly do not recommend that anyone go to this hotel.

+ We had an incredible stay at the Millenium Resort in Salalah, the staff were all incredibly hospitable and welcoming. In particular Ratan was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate for our needs. We will miss this place and look forward to returning in the future.

+ We had an amazing stay at this resort! The facilities were outstanding — I especially appreciated the full women’s gym, the pool, and the relaxing spa, all of which were excellent. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with convenient daily housekeeping that made our stay even more comfortable. The daily buffet breakfast and lunch were lovely, offering a great variety of cuisines to suit every taste. The reception staff were very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely come back to this resort. Thank you for the incredible hospitality! 🙏
