    Room is good and comfortable except the dripping water from the AC + It was relaxing and staff were accomodating − The ac is not in the condition i guess because there is a water dripping from the ceiling and its in the hall way which is very dangerous when you want to go outside the room or you want to go to the bathroom. Also about the taxi that the hotel doesnt allow to go inside to bring the guest at the receiving area or take a passenger after checking out of the hotel. Some man there i dont know if what his position there maybe he is a manager. He told us when our taxi that we booked thru otaxi arrived, he told us why not get taxi from the hotel? Well first reason is we dont know, second i am sure the amount is higher than booking a taxi online. And forbidding the taxi to go in the entrance of the hotel is i think not a customer friendly given that the weather is hot and also some of the customers wanted to save some money like choosing were to book a taxi.
