Good + Warm, modern, tidy and central − I couldn't get the TV to work even with following the instructions. From the photos I got the impression that the kitchen facilities were more then just a kettle, microwave and fridge. But overall I was really happy.

I would stay there again if the bed, pillow and bathroom sink changed. Everything else is great! + I like the location, it's clean and a very presentable place with good parking facility. The toiletries are well provided and there are plenty of pillows and electric blanket to use for the cold weather. − THE BED, everyone that stayed said the same thing. we all woke up with sore neck or back. Our bed has a sunken middle part. The sink is very tiny so when washing your face in the morning, the water splashes everywhere, even when I am ultra careful i still struggled.

Excellent location and a cozy & comfortable stay. + Excellent central location: just across the road - a supermarket, French deli-cafe & food-trucks; Ardmore St lakefront two blocks away; Dunmore St retail & outdoor sports hire etc a block away; alleys providing easy access through to Ardmore St lakefront. Plenty of off-street parking. Renovated & well appointed kitchen & bathroom. Plenty of heating options. Plenty of natural light from ample windows giving an airy atmosphere with views of the sunset. Well-lit. Spacious. Wood-fired heater, plenty of firewood, an axe & chopping block to cut kindling. Comfortable lounge & dining furnishings. Well-appointed laundry. Massive main bedroom with king bed & bunks. Cozy second bedroom. Good selection of different pillows. − Carport had a number of not-for-guest-use items stored in it that rendered parking a large SUV in it impractical, however there was off-street parking space in the driveway in front of the property. Awesome + Struttura nuova e ben tenuta. Self check in e out effettuato senza problemi. Appartamento grande, cucina attrezzata, letti comodi. Bagno pulito. Parcheggio interno al cortile. − Lo scaldabagno non era stato pulito da un po’. Anche la lavatrice/asciugatrice non era stata pulita.

+ Complejo de apartamentos muy cómodos, limpios, amplios y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Wanaka. Camas muy cómodas y baño amplio. Parking gratis en el mismo sitio. Ideal para 4 personas. − La caja con contraseña para la llave no abría fácilmente, todo lo demás perfecto.

Adequate + Location − It felt very dated, due a refresh. Very low water pressure. Lack of basics such as salt and pepper. Eg 2 dishwashers tablets. Broken hair dryer and clothes horse. Kitchen was not very clean.

Great location. Adequate for the price. + Cute batch/cottage. Great location, clean, comfortable beds, spacious enough. Plenty of the essentials provided and A few extra basic supplies that was appreciated. Well appointed kitchen and other. − The fit out felt a bit cheap for the price charged. We felt there needed to be more seating in the sitting area, and more comfortable couches would have been appreciated.
