very good + I travelled to Norway for leisure, as every year in beginning of August. This is my second time in THON HOTEL EUROPA and experience for this year is even better than last year.

Was mann sieht, wischt den nervenden Eindruck des letzten Tages bei der Anreise zum Flughafen. + Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, die Lage genau im Zentrum − Na ja, sie wollen enstpannt den Fly Zug zum Flughafen nehmen, und siehe da die Stadt hat sich gedacht wir machen dararus eine Baustelle. Alles zu, klar kann man ein Taxi nehmen; ihr Entusiasmus verschwindet beim erfahren des Preises. ,

Da es im Zentrum war konnten wir alles ,, per pedes,, machen. + Das Frühstück war ausgesprochen variiert, ein Genuß. − Also die Duschkabine ist nur für Skandinavier konzepiert; die sind schlank und Groß.

Non vedevo l’ora di andare via. + La posizione è sicuramente uno dei punti di forza dell’hotel, molto comoda per visitare la città. Anche la colazione è buona. Tuttavia, considerando nel complesso la struttura e i servizi offerti, il prezzo è decisamente troppo alto e il rapporto qualità-prezzo non è soddisfacente. − La stanza più sporca che abbia mai trovato in un hotel. Il secondo giorno mi sono accorta che sotto il letto c’era addirittura una patatina, sicuramente non nostra, che è rimasta lì per tutti i tre giorni e le tre notti del soggiorno nonostante abbia chiesto la pulizia quotidiana della stanza: un dettaglio che dice molto sulla pulizia delle camere. Sollevando il topper, inoltre, abbiamo trovato sporcizia e residui tra questo e il materasso, cosa particolarmente sgradevole e inaccettabile dal punto di vista dell’igiene. Polvere e sporcizia erano visibili ovunque sul pavimento, i muri erano sporchi e sia le porte sia le testiere dei letti erano unte e chiaramente poco pul…

Miły, spokojny pobyt w centrum miasta i świetne śniadanie. + Bardzo miły i pomocny personel. Kupiłem sobie kilka produktów, jako pamiątki do Polski i w ostatni dzień pobytu poprosiłem personel o przechowanie w ich lodówce, ponieważ miałem późny lot. Zgodzili się bez wahania. Wszelkie pozostałe kwestie dotyczące organizacji były rozwiązywane od ręki − Poprawiłbym wystrój łazienki. Trochę przestarzały i przygnębiający, a w rogach płytek widać już mocne ślady ich zużycia.

Hotel davvero bello e accogliente + Hotel centralissimo e silenzioso. La struttura è pulita e accogliente, lo staff gentile e disponibile. Colazione ottima e varia, sia dolce che salata. Letti comodi e molti cuscini per tutti i gusti!

Hot and uncomfortable + I liked the staff and their kind attitude. They were always pleasant and tried to accommodate all our needs. I also like the location which was close to the park and the palace. − The mini bar was not working, the safe box was no working, the tvs were not working, there was no air conditioning in the room and at night the rooms felt like an oven especially since even the windows would not open. The three nights we stayed at the hotel we could not sleep. The hotel staff had placed two fans in our r suit but there were only three outlets for electricity and all three were in the bedroom none in the sitting room.

Séjour sympa dans un bon hôtel + Petit déjeuner varie et copieux. Chambre calme et bonne literie et oreillers. ( à demander sinon on peut être côté tram ) Très central ( 5 minutes du théâtre national ) Restaurant attenant bon choix de plats. Quartier calme et sur. Bien desservi avec bus et trams. − Seulement du the ou café au petit déjeuner. Pas de cappuccino, chocolat chaud ou autre. Le ménage est à la demande et ça n’a pas été fait une fois pendant notre séjour. Une fois l’eau était uniquement tiède pour la douche ( le soir ) Salle de bains assez petite. Deco impersonnel.
