All good. + All good! We bought 4 nights and we spent a wonderfull day's and everyone ov the staff was very gentile and caring. Room was clean and the rooms service was great, we come didn't expect nothing when we booked and we live and leave the hotel in love with Osdorp and everything else. We surely come back ❤️

+ I was scammed for van gogh tickets and rijksmuseum tickets using the hotels website. My money was taken and I got no tickets. I am still waiting for a refund. I will probably have to go my bank and report it as fraud. I got no confirmation email about the tickets either. Where is my money?

Lovely Stay for a Birthday Surprise! + Stayed here for 3 nights as a birthday surprise for my boyfriend, and we had such a great time! I had emailed ahead to see if they could do something special for my boyfriend’s birthday, and they did — it was such a lovely touch and he really appreciated it! The staff were all so friendly and helpful any time we had questions. We didn’t have super high expectations for the room, but it was actually really nice and the beds were super comfy! Would definitely recommend!

+ Room was very clean, staff was friendly, and there was easy access to the tram to get into the downtown area. Ride shares were also easy to get here.

Neat and Adequate + Hotel is a Walking distance from the tram line. Situated in a quiet, safe neighbourhood with a shopping centre close by. Budget friendly hotel with a three star rating. Room size is adequate with a comfortable bed, kettle and tea station and shower. Rooms are neat and cleaned daily and there is fast, free wifi for guests. The hotel also offers meals at an additional charge. Overall good value for a budget friendly hotel.

Needs modernising - wouldn’t recommend + Mosquitos in the room just kept going, AC not working, dead insect stains on the walls…won’t stay again

+ The only think I didnt like is our room was right above the front entrance. This is apparently where the smokers congregate. They were very loud talkers.You could hear them from the room late into the night and starting around 5am.
