Not for large groups or 5-star expectations. Read before booking! + Our multi-generational family of nearly 50 people (3 generations) recently stayed here for 7 days, booking 16 rooms in total. Unfortunately, this was definitely not the 5-star experience we have enjoyed at other resorts, and we will not return to any hotel within this chain. The Pros: • Staff: The concierge and restaurant workers were incredibly kind and hard-working, despite being failed by corporate policies. • Chapel: The on-site chapel is beautiful, and we loved using it. The Cons: • Un-swimmable Beach: High waves and dangerous rock formations mean you cannot enter the water at all. No water sports (kayaking/windsurfing) are available. Accommodations & Room Issues • Separated Family: Our requests for adjoining rooms were completely ignored across multiple reservations. Amazing Family Trip! + Our family had an amazing four day stay at the Los Cabos Hard Rock Hotel. From the delicious food and comfortable accommodations to the fun entertainment, nearly every aspect of our experience exceeded our expectations. Ms. Irina was our personal concierge, and she was incredibly kind and helpful. From the moment we checked in, she introduced herself as our personal concierge and immediately made us feel taken care of. She let us know that if we needed anything at all, whether it was fresh towels, help with room service, or any other request, we could simply message her and she would handle it. It was so reassuring knowing there was always someone looking out for us. One thing that really stood out to me was how thoughtful she was about my peanut allergy. She even made me a personalized allergy card that I could show at the restaurants, which made dining throughout the resort so much less stressful. Concierge at hard rock Hotel is wonderful + Marisela at the Hard Rock Hotel in Cabo San Lucas made my husband’s birthday unforgettable. On extremely short notice, Marisela arranged a beautiful cake and thoughtful decorations that completely surprised him. He absolutely loved it, and it made his day feel extra special. Always ask for SERGIO!!!! HE'S THE BEST! + Sergio Garza and Rafael at Pazzeto took great care of me and my family the entire stay!! They, allng with their manager, Jaun, surprised my husband with a birthday celebratory cake with sparklers and a birthday song at the pool site! Sergio took care of all our drink and food needs, ensuring lacked anything. These two are a wonderful duo at Pizzeto and their customer service is unmatched. Thanks Sergio, Rafael, and Jaun for making our stay so pleasant!

Hard Rock Cabo + We had an incredible stay at Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos, and a huge part of that was thanks to Dustin. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcome and was our guide throughout the entire trip. Whether we had questions, needed recommendations, or just wanted to make the most of our stay, Dustin was always there with a smile and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I also want to recognize the amazing team serving drinks around the pool. Every single server was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed happy to help. They kept the drinks coming, remembered us throughout the week, and made relaxing by the pool even more enjoyable. The level of hospitality from everyone we met really stood out and made this vacation unforgettable. Fabulous experience + We had an amazing time at Hard Rock, all thanks to our wonderful concierge, Andrea! From the moment we arrived until our departure, she took exceptional care of us. With a group of 15 celebrating an anniversary and a birthday, Andrea went above and beyond. She provided us with a daily activity schedule, surprised us with a personalized craft, and even arranged our transportation to the airport. Her efforts truly made our stay enjoyable and stress-free!

Very nice Resort but would stay at a resort closer to town + We just got back yesterday from staying 8 days seven nights at the hard Rock hotel in Los Cabos, Mexico. The hotel overall is beautiful, very clean and our four kids enjoyed it,all teenagers. The food was great and the service was exceptional. However, For our family, we probably would not go back to the hard Rock in Los Cabos. We would stay at a different location. This hotel does not allow Ubers to pick you up and so it is $70 to taxi to Los Cabos just to go shopping or go to the marina to go fishing. It would have cost us $28 to take an Uber but they don't allow Uber on resort property which I feel like is ridiculous. Also, you can't take an Uber to the airport and you have to use one of their taxis which was $215 one way. This property sits way North on the Pacific side. Their Beach is not swimmable and several times when we were walking along shore even away from the water we had, hotel workers ask us to get away from …

+ El trato del personal y las bebidas de bna calidad − Areas de comida insuficientes para la demanda, el audio de los shows muy mal ecualizado , transporte del hotel a zonas de interes precios excesivos,, los camastros insuficientes para la cantidad de gente tanto asi q un dia estuvimos a punto de ver una pelea por estos, los actividades en la alberca principal buenas para niños , pero en las demas adultos y roja son velorios no hay nada..pensarias q por ser hard rock el ambiente también estaria bn ahi pero nada, los bares sin ambientar ( decoración) , muy x todos hasta la disco x ambientada...entre otros detalles
