    + We needed hot water to mix baby formula to feed our baby, staff said machine is not working and they didn't try to help us get hot water for our infant.

    If you don’t care about smell or comfort go + Love that it was by Starbucks and in a good location and the building was very nice and clean − From the minute, we parked our car it smelled like sewer. When we got to our room, my travel partner has lupus and needs a cool room as you know Mexico is hot and humid. The air conditioner was nonfunctional. They sent two people to fix it and it never got below 72
