Excelente opción de hotel todo incluido sin gastar mucho dinero!! + En realidad superaron mis espectativas en relación de valor-precio. Yo sabia que no era un hotel de grandes marcas por eso no esperaba mucho sinembargo el hotel esta muy bien mantenido, la calidad de servicio, alimentos, limpieza, variedad de restaurantes es muy bueno. Esta enfocado en clientes locales aunque hay algunos extranjero sinembargo todos te atienden con buena actitud! Nos dieron habitación antes de 3 pm, en piso alto con una vista espectacular al mar y dejaron estar en el hotel hasta las 5 pm sin restricciones algunas sobre consumo de alimentos y bebidas. − Hace falta algo de mantenimiento en algunas areas de alberca pero nada grave.

No fue el mejor trato + La infraestructura semejante a un crucero es muy linda esa parte, los restaurantes tienen comida rica, con excepción donde sirven el desayuno − Las habitaciones están descuidadas y antiguas, tuvimos que pedir que cambiaran las sábanas y almohadas porque olían horrible. El parque acuático está descuidado, el trato de los meseros no es bueno. Desde que llegamos nos pasaron con un señor para que nos explicara la distribución del hotel pero es para convencerte de asistir a un desayuno para según él conocer una plataforma del hotel y me solicitó 30 dolares que me iban a dar unos tours gratis. Al día siguiente llegue pero solo para recuperar mi dinero. Me empezaron a explicar que era y eso no me gustó cuando empiezan a preguntar si tienes tarjeta de cual logo es y te hacen firmar un documento según ellos es para darte unos beneficios por ese día fue cuando les dije que no estaba interesada, que no perdieran su tiempo conmigo, se enojó la señorita y llamó al jefe tr…

− La verdad los restaurantes estan cerrados, el área infantil también, solo 2 bares abiertos durante el dia. A las 10 pm se acaba la diversión, todo se apaga, deberían tener un plazo de algun bar a la 1 am. La verdad no regresaríamos a este hotel

Stay away from the annoying Infinity luxury travel workers and don’t accept their invitation. + I liked the experience. My kids enjoyed it all. − What really ruined our stay, though, was our experience with the Infinity staff. We were invited to attend a sales presentation, enjoy free breakfast, and simply listen with no commitment whatsoever. Based on that, we agreed to attend. Once we were there, however, we felt heavily pressured to become members. We were encouraged to put down $2,000–$3,000, and when we repeatedly said no, the staff’s attitude completely changed. They became irritated, unfriendly, and made us feel uncomfortable for not agreeing to the membership. The worst part was when the lady questioned why we had accepted the free breakfast and attended the presentation if we weren’t going to become members.
