Happy from Tehachapi + Customer service a priority at Hotel Lucerna. But it feels natural, not forced by a corporate policy. The employees are genuine in their attitude. Our favorite is Pablo. He always welcomes us like old friends and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect! − Hotel Lucerna suites our needs to a tee so we never want to try out other hotels in the area!

Friendly, accomodating, pretty grounds. + The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating: since my visit lasted ten days they provided me with the fridge I had asked for. Convenient location. − The walls!!!! They are so thin: I could hear every sound and word coming from the next room at all times as if in my own. I suggest to bring ear plugs, a heavy-duty ones.
